This hinari breadmaker machine gets pulled out of the cupboard every so often to try again. Despite following recipes/instructions to the letter, every loaf I've ever made has gone in the bin. I'm normally quite a good cook but this seems to be beyond me. I find myself asking "is it me or is it the bread maker?". "Where am I going wrong?". It's been a waste of money for me.

We got the Hinari HB161 bread maker 2nd hand a few years ago. I use it every other day and love the bread it makes. It hasn't made a bad loaf yet. I would of liked more options to alter rise times and add extra ingredients at specified times but they would probably affect it's excellent reliability.

My sister bought me one of the Hinari Bread Makers over a year ago, my first breadmaker. I now make a loaf almost every day. This machine is so easy to use I can now make bread without even thinking about it!

It's not a pretty machine but it does it's job very well indeed - every loaf is perfect. But you must take the loaf out as soon as the timer bleeps. Leaving it in tends to make it go a bit soft, but this is probably a problem with all breadmakers.

The only disadvantage I can see is th ...
