Just one thing wrong with this lovely blender. There should have been a tool included to remove the spindle. It is so difficult to catch hold of the black plastic piece to remove the working pieces for washing and then fitting afterwards. Perhaps the designers didn't use the blender after it was made.

Glad bought the Anthony Worrall Thompson blender. Easy to use, performs numerous functions which I wanted. Excellent, would recommend.

Despite having a 'chop' button, we found the Anthony Worrall Thompson blender unable to chop nuts. There's only one blade and approx 2 ins of space beneath it - the food you're trying to chop gets lodged there! It would have been easier to bash the nuts with rolling pin! I think the term 'Intelligent Blender' is misleading. Let's face it - lots of functions and just one fixed blade is incompatible with such claims. Overrated and over-promoted.
