Like many cooks, I was prepared to invest in top notch pans that would deliver. So I paid a hefty sum for my Circulon frying pan. It was great initially but food started to stick after 3-4 months even though I was pedantic about not using a scourer to clean, using only non-stick friendly utensils, etc. I found out later that all non-stick pans peel regardless of so-called quality because non-stick pans are not built to handle high heat. The high heat causes all coatings to peel after a... (read more)

I purchased mine in June 2012. I was thrilled to have the 'best pans' until now, 2 months later I had a slight mishap, which generally doesnt end so disasterous with even the cheaper pans!!! I was washing up and the pan sliped out of my hand and fell. When I picked it up to my suprise the pan has gone flat on the the side. The box advertised is as hard anodised nonstick cookware. I think they should review the mis-seeling point and remove the 'hard' part. when i took it back I was told by... (read more)

There are different types of finishes in the circulon range of pans. If you're ging to buy Circulon buy the COMMERCIAL range with the hard anodized finish. It's a dream to cook in, absolutely nothing sticks to it and it just wipes clean. (read more)

Am very pleased with the actual cooking performance but find that, having a gas cooker, the handles are too heavy and the pans tend to tip unless great care is taken, when placing the pans on the stove, to ensure that the handle is fully supported. (read more)

Have a set of Circulon in FL and in MA. Have had to replace a few pieces. The non-stick surfaces peel off and the outside black material turns grey. Don't know if the polymer commingling with the anodized metal surface has any effect on one's health. I think I shall replace them with inert, non-reative cookware. I wish I had known more about synthetic non-stick pans and utensils before purchasing thses sets.

The pans are great and have remained non-stick for the last two years. However, the frying pan and the saute pan are now completely stick! This happened quite quickly, probably only a fter a few times of use. I don't think these pans handle high heat at all well. They seem to be fine for boiling a tin of beans in a pan. But as soon as you try to flash fry something on a high heat, the non stick is gone.
Stick to stainless steel.

The Circulon Cookware pans are great, but the frying pan is no longer non-stick after only 18 months, so a little disappointed with that one item. Also, the literature says it's dishwasher safe but the bottom of the frying pan has had the coating removed from it entirely and is now a shade of scratched silver. (read more)

Mine too have gone to scratched silver and when I complained to Circulon via email, attaching a photo, I had a reply saying that I should not put anodized finishes in the dishwasher. The solution they suggested was absolutely nothing. Didn't want to know!

Well, one can only assume this is an health issue and would be toxic to anyone eating food cooked in this pan. I hope you threw it out!

I didn't buy Circulon Cookware. It was left to me. Found it amazing. Nothing stuck to it. Very even cooking. I have no idea what it is worth so I can't evaluate value for money but it has to be high. I can't say enough about it. (read more)

You must have either got a rouge one or mistreated it. My circulon pans are 5-6 years old and still simply wipe clean with a cloth and warm water irrespective of what I have cooked

I am on my second set of Circulon as the maunaufacturer had to replace them. They all stick even just poaching eggs is a chore. They all look like they are rusty, and never look clean. I would send the second set back too but I do t want another set of these, would love a refund to buy some decent pans!
