Due to different stores having different stock I have found myself ordering from h and m online a few times now. H and m never fails to disappoint. The service is shocking, delivery is over priced and always takes at least 3 weeks, and I know I'm not the only one as the twitter page for customer service is bombarded with complaints. “Terrible delivery ”

There must be business packages being sold by Hermes for deliveries and H&M have chosen the cheapest option. It takes several days for them to just pack the stuff and give it to Hermes and then no information (track your package link). It will take over a week for the items to be delivered although I have waited a month before. I was informed that online purchases were not accepted for return or exchange in the stores. I buy a lot of clothing on line from various companies. “Worst delivery & returns”

Not until you have paid & confirmed your order is it clear when your order will be delivered. It comes in different batch weeks away - which every time I've ordered changes at later dates to even further in the future. The returns dates mean that if you've ordered for size or choice you have to return things without having the opportunity to compare items just to get them back in time. dont purchase from H&M online, delivery takes on average 2-3 weeks as they report they are not uk based!!! when something is in stock it actually is not once you place an order they locate stock which is why delivery is so long, i have been to and from holiday and delivery still not arrived!!! no free delivery option no matter how much you spend. don't waste your time or money much better online retailers are available and often free and delivered as advertised, H&M state delivery 4-6 working… Read Full Review

DO NOT order online from H&M if you want to get any of your products in a timely way. Today I ordered five things, only when I received the confirmation email was I informed that ALL of them were on backorder. My email said delivery was expected October 6-10, but then I found out that this is when the warehouse recieves the parcels. THEN about a week or two after October 6-10, I would get my things. Horrendous communication and shocking the amount of time you have to wait this costs £3.90! asos super saver delievery is quicker than H&M. Two occasions now I have been waiting for 3weeks almost for my delievery! First time I thought was a one off but clearly not. I do like H&M and their clothes are always nice and good quality. However, the delivery is always far too slow. Every order I have placed has taken at least a week to arrive. There are a lot of clothing websites out there which offer delivery at much lower prices and manage to deliver within a couple of days. My parcel came in wrong colour because it was misleading on H&M website. As I wanted to return to shop because there is one of the options, I couldnt get money but only gift card which means I couldnt get my money back. “Bottoms Run Too Small ”

I ordered a pair of pants online size 4 because this is the size that I ALWAYS am. When they came in the mail with everything else I bought, they were the only thing that did not fit.
