I wont be ordering from H&M online again, I really don't like the fact they say an item is in stock but not with immediate delivery... Why say its in stock when it's not? Initially I placed an order at the beginning of June, two items were ready for delivery and one item wasn't so they have to send two packages. Appalling service from start to end (end being that I never received my order). Worked from home after receiving an email confirming my order would be delivered in 48 hours....to no avail. 11 days later it is still not here and my delivery is 'missing'. So that's it H&M have cancelled the order and I have to wait to get my £80 back. This isnt even the whole story. H&M have got to be the WORST for online delivery, like the previous review I ordered a bikini online at the beginning of April, the estimated delivery time was the start of May which I could deal with as wasn't going on holiday until the beginning of June. I made my original order online on April 15th, I had to send the bikini top back as I needed a different size and I kept the bottoms. I have ordered from H & M on three separate occasions in the last year, every single time there has been a problem. Twice there is just no tracking information or information from H & M on when I can expect my package, never have I actually received a delivery within 4 - 6 days that's for sure. I ordered about £250 worth of shopping from H&M, firstly I never received a despatch email to confirm my order had been sent and when I rang customer service to cancel my order they were very blarzay about it and said it had been dispatched but my email must have been lost in transit!! Their delivery service is appalling and an insult to the everyday shopper. In terms of postage and packaging, well, it appears that we have gone back to the stone age. When you call up to enquire where your delivery is, expect to be greeted by a half-wit pea brain who has no idea, and is the worst ambassador for the company that you could possibly imagine. Cannot believe how slow the delivery service is. They claim items are out of stock- yet this wasn't mentioned when I placed my order and everything currently appears as fully stocked when I check the online store. I ordered some khaki trousers and a black top from them at the beginning of March, I was told that the top was out of stock and could take a while to come in, I thought this would be about 2 weeks. No. The trousers came about two weeks later and then I received an invoice. I always order offline as when I go to store I can never and I mean never find the items I want to buy. It's a.ways like a jumble sale. I shop regularly online with H&M, yes they take a little while to deliver but they always tell me the delivery date. Quality of clothes is generally really good especially the children's things and can get some real bargains. A second star for price... otherwise, one star is generous. Their online service is horrendously slow. Be ready to measure your waiting/delivery time in weeks rather than days. I'm not sure how a company can be this successful with such bad supply chain issues. The website looks good, the promise of delivery look achievable but they always arrive really late. I don't live in the back of beyond and am on several regular delivery routes for other companies which arrive fine. I order clothes from H&M quite regularly and I have never had a problem with them. They are honest about delivery dates as you can see when you are ordering if items are in stock. They also give you the date when individual items might be dispatched. You can get some real bargains during their Flash Sale. Ordered goods which took two weeks to be delivered (postage not free so what's excuse for late delivery). Called up customer service to request payment details as they are so backward it's not very convenient going to post office or going into online banking each time you want to purchase items. I decided to spent £120 on the website which is arguably quite a lot. However they spent 8 days just to pack and dispatch the items and it arrived 5 days after that. “Great quality Skirts”

I just purchased two Skirts from H&M and bother are great quality. The first one is a Black Pencil Skirt and looks really smart and has a great quality feel to it. The second is a khaki mini Skirt with decorative studs. It is lined and has a concealed zip fastener to the rear. I think it looks just great on, and can dress it up or down as I feel. I have had the worst online experience EVER with H&M. To cut a long story short, I ordered several items just after Christmas 2012 and H&M split my package for delivery.
