    Recently brought a long charcoal cardigan from H&M which after washing and wearing a few times bobbled like crazy and now looks really old - tried removing all bobbles but they're back in an hour or so!! Would not recommend this cardigan. Shame as I have previously found their clothes to be good quality. Not great customer service when try to return either... just a note/scribble on the back of a receipt whilst the product goes back to 'quality control' with no refund or store credit.

    H&M is an awesome store.The clothes are fine and affordable.The only thing is the employee's look like they have an attitude all the time.Other than that it's a great store.The people who work there are wonderful except for that experience I had with that employee.

    Nice Clothes. In general H&M has cute affordable clothing. Especially for the kids! Awesome.

    All in all i love this store, i just wish there was one closer to me. I only go to H&M whenever i visit my family on vacations in California

    Friendly Staff good layout in shops! LOVE clothes! Helpful!

    The only bad thing I thought about the store is when I wanted to get some tights there was only two pairs in each pack, I only wanted one pair...so maybe a selection of numbers in a pack.

    All round I think it's a very good shop a rating A TOP TEN!

    i love H and M so much it is my favorite store in the world. every time i shop i have to spend majority of my money in H and M and come out with so many stylish clothing.

    H and M is the best store if you know how to dress and dress right with good fashion looking so stylish.

    For a start, my local H and M in Milton Keynes have lovely staff. Also the quality of the clothes in there is good for the money. Nicer than Primark but also they are individual, everything looks different.Not my fave shop because the sizes always seem slightly off and normally rather cluttered. I brought a T-Shirt a few weeks ago and had to buy a size 6, I'm slim, but not that slim. Also my younger sister, who is 17, brought a dress and didn't realise till she got home that it was actually a ag ...

    H&M is a great shop if you think that the clothes are worth that little bit more money... I do! Great clothes, nice staff most of the time, reasonably priced I guess...

    I think their sizes are completely off. I am a size 14 but all of the time have to buy in larger sizes (once had to buy a pair of trousers in a size 18 - remember I am a size 14). My friends who shop there have the same problem.

    I love H&M - always manages to be more stylish and more affordable than most other places that claim to be the same way. At least 30% of my wardrobe comes from H&M; they sell EVERYTHING- everyday clothes, work clothes, party clothes/dresses, shoes, coats, swimwear, underwear and bras, all kinds of jewelry, scarves, gloves, handbags, belts, sunglasses and hair accessories- I buy from all categories; it's definitely a one-stop shop for all your fashion needs.     i just love H&M and it is definitely my favourite shop of all time all of my clothes are from H&M and every time i go out shopping i can not leave until i go into H&M and i always come out with 3 or 4 bags full of clothes because i love it so much ! i go to H&M so much that i have actually become a local at my local shop! thank you so much for making H&M ! i love it so much , i don't know how i ever lived without it !

    This is my favourite shop, there is such a mixture of styles and the clothes are cheap and better quality than Primark!

    Its not a bad shop but I can walk around them in minutes as the clothes don't seem to have changed for years. Its very boring, they need to get some new designers in!

    How on earth do I purchase clothes from the website???!!! I have been trying to find a way to do this for three hours now. Are H&M the only major clothes retailer in the country who do not allow me to buy their clothes online? If not could somebody PLEASE tell me the correct web address to buy from. Thank you

    H&M is all round a good shop! One of my favorites! The clothes they have are amazing so my type of style! Good priced too you can get alot of bargains! The staff are great too, dead chatty on the tills and stuff!

    Overall, great store for fashion forward outfits that are always affordable. has everything from dressy, casual, club, accessories, etc .It's great to go and get something fashionable quickly and affordably. For instance...today i bought 2 club outfits for 77 bucks...granted the dress shirts were 50% off... so h&m is def a great store for the price. Not really anything like it for men.
