    I bought a Polywell 900VF computer system from Polywell and it arrived but did not match the specifications. After a month of trying to resolve the issue, I finally returned it. They refuse to refund my money completely (claiming restocking & extra expenses) and I am out $282.95 because the specs on their website were listed incorrectly (they changed the specs after I brought the discrepancy to their attention). Their website claims a 30 day guarantee but this is not the case. I deserve a complete refund.
