    I just wanted to make a simple size exchange and Big 5 wouldn't do it without ID. As I was walking out the employee glared at me and my little girl and called me a rude name.

    Inexpensive "Humvee" watch lost water resistance after 7 months.
    Warranty instructions indicated it could be returned to the merchant.
    I did that, and they were willing to refund, but I just took credit against a better watch.

    If you want anything sports oriented, Big 5 is the place to go. No matter what it is you are looking for, I would be surprised if they didn't have it. The things there can be quite pricey but they have a new sale every week, so you can get lots of stuff at lower prices.

    Including the prices, there is just two things that could be improved upon at Big 5. The customer service is the second. You'll need to know exactly what you're looking for before you enter the store. Don't expect a service re ...

    Big 5 is a general sports store. They have very good sales prices, a good selection. They are very helpful and have an excellent return/exchange policy. Excellent shopping experience.
