    DO NOT STAY HERE! We just got back in May 2007 and Saigon Morin was the lowlight of our trip. Great building etc., too bad about the staff. 3 out of 9 of us had personal belongings stolen from the hotel. I would advise staying somewhere else, unless you're willing to see things disappear from your room.
