Good Points: Excellent Customer Service, they had the ability to make us feel like royalty!
Right on the beachfront with it's own private beach area, so local touts couldn't hassle us.
Fantastic on site Spa housed in open top rooms so you can hear the birds whilst having a massage!
At the right end of the resort, close to lots of restaurants.
Very high presentation standards including cleanliness, gardens, statues etc.

Bad Points: The resort itself is the real Bali, not a problem for us but could be seen as shabby.
Touts for the local shops do tend to get annoying but this is the case all over Bali!

General comments: A fantastic hotel, we chose it for our honeymoon and it didn't disappoint! The room was a good size with a large comfy bed, the grounds were immaculately kept, the staff like to practice their English on you and are so polite, innocent, charming and eager to serve you, which sometimes leaves you feeling somewhat guilty!
The resort has lots of restaurants of all types and we didn't have a bad meal from any of them.
As a honeymoon couple we received fruit, a chocolate cake and a floral decoration in our room, plus a free massage and romantic three course meal, little things that we wouldn't usually have done!
Definitely a holiday to remember!

Puri Santrian hotel is excellent, considering the price. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. When we booked, one of the offers was a free candlelit dinner for two, which was the best meal we had in Bali. Highly recommended.
