Man, I wish I had researched this company before ordering. I ordered a beautiful looking arrangement for my wife for our ten year wedding anniversary at the last possible minute, ordered the in between size which is called the Deluxe, and used a 20% coupon code I found on the Internet towards the purchase. “I was dissapointed with the size of the arrangement...”

I was dissapointed with the size of the arrangement that we ordered from Teleflora. We ordered the orchids in the square vase. The photo showed a nice photo and it was listed as small. There were 2 other larger and more expensive options, but no picture on the website to compare. Well, we ordered the most expensive one marked Premium. Overall, this is the second year in a row that Teleflora have messed up at least, if not more of my multiple orders. So much for giving people another chance. I will say their customer service representatives are very very courteous and polite, but they do not offer any significant reimbursement replacement for their mistakes, just verbal apologies.
