“Correct Arrangement not Received”

I ordered the deluxe edition of the Forever More roses. The picture was gorgeous. When I asked the recipient to send a picture, I was quite dismayed. There were supposed to be small miniature roses mixed in with long stem. Only long stem were delivered - and I paid 93.94 including the $18.99 service fee? When I called Teleflora to complain, they would not give me the name of the florist shop in the town I sent them, and offered a %30 refund. I would have rather they delivered it CORRECTLY again. I highly suggest you do not use Teleflora - had I read all these negative comments, I would have chosen more wisely! In the future I will investigate more reviews on the site!

“Man, I wish I had researched this company before...”

Man, I wish I had researched this company before ordering. I ordered a beautiful looking arrangement for my wife for our ten year wedding anniversary at the last possible minute, ordered the in between size which is called the Deluxe, and used a 20% coupon code I found on the Internet towards the purchase. All the while I was asking myself how they profit from all of this, considering they've used Faith Hill's name for the bouquet, so they have to pay her something, and it's a local florist who puts the whole thing together, so they have to pay him as well. Well, today I figured it out the hard way - they scam you! I bought the Deluxe, but the local florist who hand delivered them in more than ample time, sent the Standard size, the smallest of the three! Although the arrangement was pretty and equivalent to what was shown in the picture, the small bouquet was delivered in lieu of what I actually purchased. I got ripped off, and when my wife saw them, she thought they were very pretty, but I could tell from her reaction that there was no "wow" factor. She's received better from me in the past. After brooding for a small while, I called customer service, and of course my call was taken by a man in India who called the local florist, and the florist insisted he shipped the Deluxe. Even my wife agreed that based on the photo, the Standard was sent. My man in India requested I email him a photo of what was sent, so they could make a decision of the dilemma. Now I could have bought from a local florist, but I liked the arrangement in the picture, and wanted to try something different, so I ordered online. Anyway, I got nasty, and was finally offered a 25% discount on my final purchase, and was emailed a 50% coupon towards future orders. Come on, it's my friggin' anniversary for crying out loud! You want something as simple as a flower arrangement to go smooth. The whole experience was lousy, and that's the last time I order from Telefora. In fact, I looked up all of their major competitors, and they all sound alike. Next time I'll return to my local florist and make sure I'm getting exactly what I ordered. No value for your money, and they ruined my wedding anniversary.

“I was dissapointed with the size of the arrangement...”

I was dissapointed with the size of the arrangement that we ordered from Teleflora. We ordered the orchids in the square vase. The photo showed a nice photo and it was listed as small. There were 2 other larger and more expensive options, but no picture on the website to compare. Well, we ordered the most expensive one marked Premium. It arrived incredibly fast (about 12 hours after we placed the order!), but it was dissapointing in size. Looked like the photo of the smallest, least expensive one. I wonder what we spent the extra $20 for!

“Overall, this is the second year in a row that...”

Overall, this is the second year in a row that Teleflora have messed up at least, if not more of my multiple orders. So much for giving people another chance. I will say their customer service representatives are very very courteous and polite, but they do not offer any significant reimbursement replacement for their mistakes, just verbal apologies. This year I had a 15% discount coupon and I couldn't resist - more fool me.
