I ordered a flower arrangement for my grandmothers 88th birthday.. paid extra to have it delivered early.. they don't deliver.. I get an email 3 hours after they were suppose to do the delivery wanting to 'postpone' delivery... really.. they had my number and I never received a call .. then I was on hold for greater than 15 minutes trying to get a refund.. I ordered flowers for a friend whose father had passed away to be delivered on Tuesday. Tuesday came and went and I assumed they got delivered. Tuesday night (3 in the morning) I got an email saying they couldn't deliver (not sure why since it was to a business) and asking me to select a different day for delivery. I selected Wednesday. I ordered flowers (preimum arriangmemt for $90) to be delivered to a co-worker who received a promotion and now is my Boss. I placed the order at 10am for same day delivery. I was sent an email at 2:40pm saying the flowers could not be delivered and to select another day. I called and asked why the flowers could not be delivered and never received and answer. two days ago i send a order flower basket to my sister and want it to be the best, after all she is my sister. So i ordered the largest size and paid $90.00. My sister send me a picture of the flowers to say thanks. when i saw that picture couldn't believe that was the same order i ordered. it was so bed i start crying. the flowers were not the same and it was only few. I wish I could post pictures of what a mass failure their "dressed to impress" arrangement looked like. $70 dollars down the drain. About a week ago I ordered flowers for a friend that had just come home from the hospital. I called on Saturday morning at 10 am to place the order - this is after 3 times of entering my order on-line - each time getting kicked out after I entered all the information. Very disappointed in flowers that were delivered to my Aunt who turned 100 today. I ordered Zen like flowers with a pretty low green dish, it had purple flowers, small greenish white flowers, tall bamboo, and green palms as accents. What they sent wasn't anything like it. I ordered flowers for my aunt's funeral and received all wilted flowers. The funeral home call to let me know that the flowers were all wilted and would not last for the next days funeral viewing. I called Telefora and told them about the wilted flowers and said they could only refund 35 percent, as I complained more they said they could only do 50 percent refund. Same day delivery my behind!!! That's a lie. I ordered flowers for my mother as she just lost her sister. “Didn't get holiday specials as advertised”

Last Christmas I ordered four Holiday specials which advertised the flower arrangement in a Christmas style "Holly" bowl which looked like a nice gift. I had them delivered to family members in four different cities. How embarrassing when later (two days before Christmas) I learned that 2 of the orders did not get the special bowl but instead a plain clear vase. Teleflora did not deliver my mother's birthday bouquet. After 24 hours of the order (and ON the date of scheduled delivery) they emailed to say that they did not have the flowers that I chose. Then they emailed after 48 hours of the order (the day after scheduled delivery) to say that they did not have flowers to deliver at all. Do not use Teleflora. “STAY AWAY!! Don't Even Consider!! HORRIBLE!!! ”

The Delivery was Never Made. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my in laws on 7/23/15 for both my mother in law and also my father in law. The order was placed that morning before 7:45 am and was guaranteed to be delivered that day by 5pm. My father in law was given a negative report on some test results and my mother in law took the news extremely hard and had to be rushed to the ER and ended up staying in the hospital through Wednesday Eve. Flowers were for a birthday delivery. Order was placed 2 days prior. On the day of, we got a call that they could not "find a florist" to deliver, despite the fact that there are several florists in the neighborhood. They said they would take 40% off our "next order". I ordered the deluxe edition of the Forever More roses. The picture was gorgeous. When I asked the recipient to send a picture, I was quite dismayed. There were supposed to be small miniature roses mixed in with long stem. Only long stem were delivered - and I paid 93.94 including the $18.99 service fee? When I called Teleflora to complain, they would not give me the name of the florist shop in the town I sent them, and offered a %30 refund.
