“Missing touches ”

I ordered the 'Mothers day perfect gift.' I noticed that what we received wasn't exactly as what was shown in the pic. The flowers should have had a ribbon with happy mothers day printed on it and also on the chocolates box happy mothers day was missing. The net where the flowers were held was green and not pink as shown in the pic. Also from the pic it seems like a big bunch but what we received seemed v.less and so I would say it was pricey for what you got. Won't be ordering from interflora… Read Full Review

“Very Poor Service”

I am asbolutely discusted with Bouquet of Flowers dumped in a soaking wet box on the doorstep, delivivery Man did not bother to ring door bell and we both in! A you need to change your delivery service, as this not the first time it has happened. B The Flowers Have only lasted three days, heaven only knows how much it cost my Daughter-in-law from AUSTRALIA to send. “Good Customer Service, Poor Product Quality”

Just as my title clearly summarises it. I have used the service before to send flowers to my mother. The roses were not fresh, and some of them have even withered, especially the leaves. A florist business is extremely hard to ensure high quality, so I do sympathise with them somewhat. However, everyone can argue that Interflora is providing a misinterpretation in the products they are actually selling. A customer expects them to deliver what they are showing on their website. I just recieved my valentines flowers I ordered for my girlfriend. They deliver man seemed worried as he has about 3 hours work left and is backlogged. Im happy they came but was about 15 minutes away from being a waste of time and ruined a special jesture. Id advise to order for the day before valentines or holidays to assure delivery and prevent upsets. But the quality of items are nice but think they need to add extra help on holidays to meet deadlines… Read Full Review

I rang them up expecting nothing but I explained the issue and the girl on the phone was very apologetic I got a full refund and another bouquet free off charge and worth more than the ones I originally ordered delivered a couple of hours later… Read Full Review

This is the first time I've used Interflora. I'm very pleased with how punctual the delivery was - arrived on the day I requested. However, part of my order was missing which I found really disappointing. I ordered a Christmas Poinsettia plant with a bottle of red wine included for my boyfriend as an early Christmas present, and it arrived without the red wine.
