I ordered what I thought was a beautiful arragement for my mother in law's silver wedding today, I ordered last week to make sure they would arrive on time - which they did. However when she sent me a picture of the arrangement she received I was less than impressed. I am embarrassed that she thought I had picked those flowers to be sent to her for her special anniversary! I ordered flowers for mothers this was my first time ordering from interflora, & also the first Mother's Day I had spent away from my mum, I picked flowers which came with a vase, I paid £40 for a LARGE bunch of flowers and another £5.99 on delivery. “I don't like to moan but...”

I ordered 2 bunches of flowers. One for my mother (for mothers day) and one for my wife on behalf of my boy (again, for mothers day). They were sent to different addresses for both my mum and wife. Did either of them turn up? Not at all. “Not meeting the "guarantee"”

My partner ordered me roses from interflora as a surprise. The flowers I received had several things wrong with them and I am not normally the type to complain but am very aware of the price he had paid for these roses! 1. The flowers arrived with very little water in the bag 2. All of the pink roses were wilted and some of the leaves torn. 3. Some of the greenery was dead or again wilting or torn 4. “Birthday Flowers -very poor”

Ordered one of the "most popular" bouquet for £30 with delivery, flowers very poor,not at all as shown in the picture on website. Very tiny bouquet for £30. “Interflora: Expensive, rip off. Poor service. ”

- Didn't deliver on a day I requested and didn't email / phone me to say they'd be delivered on a different day - Damaged box. Water leaked, causing the life of flowers to be cut short. “Poor service”

I ordered a Mother's Day bouquet to be delivered the day before, it didn't arrive despite an email to tell me it was on it's way. I called, it took 20 mins to get through to someone. Apparently the ordered never arrived at the courier's depot, obviously no one is checking that these orders are being fulfilled. “Rubbish...Don't Use”

Used Interflora in Bicester for Valentine's Day. Ordered 12 Roses . Paid extra for a vase, balloon and chocolate's. Received 7 roses and no vase. I e-mailed them 3 times and have yet to receive an answer. Called and was told the flowers were accepted at the door. Guess when you are trying to surprise your wife, with Interflora, you should give up the surprise part, let her know exactly what's coming so she can expect to turn down the flowers at the door. “Subpar Service”

This is my second occasion using this service. I doubt I will be using it again. Though the gift itself was fine and appreciated by the recipient, it was not received as advertised. I contacted customer service about this and it's now been almost two weeks since I've heard from them regarding this issue. i put in a order for a big boquet of flowers for my mum to be delivered on mothers day to her. they got delivered but omg these were tiny not the right colours just thrown together half of them were dead they had no water in the bottom of them, i cant believe any florists thought this could be exceptable to be delivered i was embarrased and to pay so much money for these aswell. i will not be using again, they have said they will send a fresh boquet today so we will see if these are any better… Read Full Review

“Nice but not worth the price”

Just got back from my mothers who I ordered the Mother's Day Extravagance for. I was there when it came and was disappointed which I hid as my mother was delighted. It cost 59 pounds with an extra 10 pounds for delivery and it was in no way worth 59 pounds. I had spent a lot of money becuase I wanted to get her something spectacular, an "Extravagance" and it wasn't that. I ordered a gift for Valentine's day. The red heart balloon was missing which was really disappointing as without the balloon the gift could then relate to any other day or event. I have tried repeatedly to get through by telephone but am left haning for over 10 minutes. I have also complained twice via there online service. On Monday 18th July I ordered a "hand tied Bouquet" from Interflora, I normally order on line or by phone but as I was near a shop I decided to pop in. The staff were very helpful and being no expert on flowers felt that by spending £30 I would get a decent bouquet. Why are you blaming Interflora? You say you went in to a florist and ordered flowers, surely the florist is at fault not Interflora who had nothing whatsoever to do with the flowers you bought? You mention that you normally order online or by phone, is this with Interflora? If you have ordered more than once from Interflora I assume you have had good experiences (or you wouldn't have used Interflora more than once) so have you written good reviews on here as well? Don't bother answering as I checked and you haven't. Next time you complain about something make sure you get the complaint right, there are many good florists out there that rely on Interflora and bad mouthing Interflora when they haven't done anything wrong just helps damage independant businesses.
