If I could give no stars I would, sent Mothers Day flowers, sadly we were away and only had feedback this week. Verdict, better flowers in a petrol station bucket at the end of a bad day. As we were unable to complain within 7 days Interflora's response, 'we are not prepared to do anything', woeful. via the telephone I ordered flowers to be sent to a grieving friend in the USA. THe person who took the order assured me the flowers would be delivered the following day and that I would get a text to that effect. 3 days later as I had not had a text I rang them to be told that my Oder had been cancelled as there was not a florist in the area that my friend lived and that my account had been credited and that they don't send texts when it involves an international delivery. I can not believe the service i have recived... after a horrid experience with inter flora on motheres day 2017... i was called for a lady who i though has been a great help and resolved all the problems then to go on to today still no floweres and no futher forward three members of staff with appauling customer service skills 1 st delivery driver 2nd customer service line 3rd robinsons an interflora based store phone line staff been left so dissapointed, embarrased and upset with this mservice… Read Full Review

Over the years I have received many flowers via interflora as a gift, I have without exception been disappointed, but in recent times I have rang the supplying florist and complained bitterly about the flowers I have received, I believe they see this as an opportunity to offload flowers that are left over, as they are aware that they are a gift and the recipient is unlikely to complain to the sender. “Let down”

Ordered flowers for my sister for her Birthday but also for the anniversary of the day we laid my mum to rest. Flowers had to be delivered yesterday to Livingston but due to a "road accident" they were unable to deliver, I was only informed at 3.30pm when told I was to late to place another order. Called today to ask when they will be delivered told they MIGHT be delivered today but could not guarantee... Very briefly, they failed to deliver flowers to somebody very special to my partner and me in a well-known London hospital after a miraculous event and very difficult circumstances. “Terrible product and service”

Flowers were dying when received and some tulips had grown in the vase, clearly not put together freshly that day. When I called the florist who'd delivered them they insisted they were fine when they left the shop and tried to blame my neighbour who had taken them in (and no card had been left to tell me that). My neighbour had them for just 4 hours and is a very careful person. I have sent photos to Interflora to make a complaint, but who knows if my husband will ever get the money back. Ordered on the same day delivery service, paid £8 for benefit of same day delivery, only to be phoned at 3.05pm to say they could not fulfill my order!!! How is it right that they advertise same day delivery on orders before 3pm and then are unable to fulfill them! Will never use again. Resolution offered was to delivery tomorrow, when the recipient will not be available, refund will take 5 days yet it's instantly gone from my account. Ordered flowers on Valentine's Day - paid for same day delivery, guess what.. flowers don't turn up. Given that I had paid £50 for flowers and £10 for same delivery I was expecting a half decent service. Also received a text message saying the item had been delivered, which was clearly not the case. I bought a bouquet of lilies for my wife for Valentines Day today - the 13th Feb. I paid extra for same day delivery as I was aware that my wife would be unavailable to take delivery on Valentines Day itself. Interflora took payment for the bouquet and same day delivery in good faith, then waited 3 hours to tell me that they could not fulfil the order until tomorrow. “Bouquet flowers dead within 2 days ”

Myself and a colleague was given a Christmas bouquet - within two days the flowers were dead. I contacted interflora, sending photo's. I received an apology and was told that replacements would be sent. Received replacements and both bouquet flowers had died within 3 days!! They guarantee 7 days of freshness! - clearly not the case. “Christmas present to my parents was ruined by Interflora”

As I live some distance from my parents, at Christmas time I often send their presents through the post, because I can't always get away to see them. This year I decided to send them a nice bunch of flowers for delivery on Christmas Eve. I chose Interflora because of their nationwide coverage and ability to deliver on set dates/times. “Very disappointed with bouquet ”

Bouquet was a complete rip off for the money and nothing like the photograph online, in fact half the amount of flowers. Complained to interflora sent photos and their response was that they were fully satisfied with the bouquet. Definitely won't be using again and have warned friends and family to stay clear. I ordered flowers to be delivered to a work colleague. They were sent to the incorrect address and also left with a neighbour. The second attempt arrived a week early as she was on annual leave. I placed an order to deliver flowers one day before the birthday of my girlfriend. I received a notification one day after (!!!, the birthday) saying there was a problem in the transaction with my DEBIT CARD (incredible!!) and that there were not placing my order. They did not even explain the reasons (I never had a problem before buying with this card online). The most important: it was too late for me to prepare something else for her.
