Order did not arrive on time despite the text I got saying it would. My husband (the recipient) had to call and enquire about his gift. They ended up sending him 2 hampers. What's the point of that? Interflora never contacted me. No apology, no email, nothing at all. Funny enough, my husband sent me some flowers for the same date. Used interflora too. “Large Pink Radiance = Absolutely Disgraceful!”

I ordered the above for my daughter on the birth of her first child and paid £40 plus delivery. I am not exaggerating when I say there was about £10 maybe £15 at a push of flowers and they lasted a week. When I complained to Interflora they had the audacity to send me a £10 voucher which means I would have to spend more money with them. I told them what to do with their voucher and what I want is what I paid for and that is £40 worth of flowers. I will never ever use Interflora again… Read Full Review

When we phoned up on behalf of our daughter in Australia about a missing delivery to her grandmother on her 80th birthday - we received a very high handed response of not being able to discuss the non-delivery due to "data protection" restrictions!! “Total waste of time!!!”

Placed an order to be delivered at my address today for anniversary. Received email from interflora stating the order had been delivered. I contacted them. It was a mistake apparently. I tracked the order later in the day. It stated it had been delivered once again. I contacted interflora, they said it was refused at the address and signed by someone with a different surname to my own. Which is my address where I had been all day waiting!! “Terrible service”

Ordered flowers to arrive within 3 hours (and paid extra for this). This was the only reason I had chosen this company, and the only period of time I could guarantee that the recipient would be in the house to receive the flowers. I have a phone call an hour after booking (10:30am), saying that they could not deliver within 3 hours and could not give me an estimated time, but that it would probably be before 5pm. Absolutely useless and dissppointing. I ordered flowers for a friend as a surprise last week to be delivered today (saturday) by 3pm they hadn't been delivered so I called customer services who suggested I call my friend and tell her to leave a note for the courier to leave the flowers with a neighbour if she had to go out. I pointed out that this would ruin the surprise and they just said "yeah, you're right". It's now 23:00 and no delivery notification. Useless overpriced service. I'll stick… Read Full Review

“Don't use UK Interflora”

I've used interflora for order from the UK to South Africa and it's been great- but never again internally in the UK! (Oxford). The delivery is late- it's my mother in law's 80th birthday and she still hasn't received them - not acceptable for a birthday and I ordered well within time. “Sympathy flowers died the next day”

“Not Trusted at all..ruined the occasion. ”

I chose a 12 rose Bouquet for £39 + 6 delivery all together £45 but then it was out of stock so i called the customer services number and was put through to a girl. She told me that the 12 Rose bouquet i was after was not available but she can make a bouquet with the similar amount of flowers including carnation and the other plants they mix it with. “Very Bad Experience ”

Flowers were ordered for my birthday, arrived at 5 o'clock, poor selection of blooms. Delivery girl in filthy track suit bottoms. When I said I was disappointed at late delivery the drives became very abusive. I would never treat my customers like this. The florist and Interflora do not deserve to be in business. “Disgusting service, will never use thrm again!!”

Ordered a cascade style orchid with chocs and teddy as a surprise for my partners birthday while away in afghanistan. Waited all day to hear her joy upon receipt, if only!! 1730hrs still not received them and finished work without any idea of the gift. “Poor Quality Twice, Bad Bad Value for money”

I order flowers from them twice both occasions were valentines days, first time around i orderd quiet and expensive bunch paid about 60 or 70 thats including delivery, they were poor quality, the next time i ordered was 2 years later this time it was meant to be a big bunch or roses, again they were poor quality roses looked like they were dying, won't buy from them again i encourage to make the effort and go to asda, tesco or a local florist were you would get a better bunch for half the price… Read Full Review

I ordered flowers for Mothers' Day.... they never turned up, although in addition to the overly expensive flowers I also paid a £14.99 supplement to have the flowers delivered on Mothers' Day itself (i.e. a Sunday). I complained to Interflora and they acknowledged that the flowers were not delivered. They then sent me an email saying they would refund the delivery charge!? Ordered flowers for day after , got email saying they was refused, when they wasn't! So called them and and gave them full proof instructions and called delivery address to expect them. They didn't turn up so I called them and they said they have no record of my call! And said it was to late to deliver now! They are a joke! Ordered flowers for Mother's day, they never turned up despite the fact I received an email on the day they were meant to arrive to say they were on their way!!! The tracking system said my order couldn't be found, I used the online complaint system and asked for someone to contact me, they never did. Not usually one to write a bad review but this was really poor service. Ordered mothers day flowers with chocolates and was very disappointed to have them delivered separately.. the woman at the door would not of mentioned the additional chocolates if I wouldn't of mentioned them to her.. Apparently no chocolates to put on the van to deliver? Don't take the money or the orders then if you cant deliver the product!
