“Inter making every excuse ”

“Lying customer service”

Interflora failed to deliver flowers to my mother for international mothers day last Sunday despite the fact that I ordered 5 days ahead. They contacted me to apologise and said they would re-deliver if that's what I wanted. When I suggested that they also owed my mother an apology they said they would do this and give her an additional apology bunch of flowers. “Same Day Delivery?? No chance!!”

States on their website that if you order before 3pm then you can have same day delivery. Ordered and payed for the flowers before 3pm to then receive a phone call an hour later to say they wouldn't be able to deliver until the next day!! Just had nearly exactly the same level of service except they waited 3 and a half hours till they called me!! 3 to 5 days to get your money back aswell

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and I even convinced my brothers to send flowers too with interflora. I was happy when flowers arrived although I asked that the three orders arrive together which didn't happened but never mind..but when mum send the pics I got shock cause they were soooo far from what we ordered. I ordered mothers day flowers with interfkorq out of desperation as marks and Spencer's didn't do a delivery as I left it too late. I spent £45 on flowers a nd a balloon. My mother sent me a photo of the flowers. They were absolutely awful.. Something you can get for £5.99 in tesco. Wanted flowers delivered on Sat 14th as my mum would be out all day Sunday. Flowers Were delivered Monday! This was after cancelling the order and asking for full refund, on Saturday, as they hadn't arrived by 9.00pm. Had to do this 3 times by phone and email on web site as I kept being told someone would contact me to arrange it. I am still waiting for the call. I ordered flowers to be delivered on the Saturday before Mothers Day. I tracked my order in the morning and saw it was out for delivery. At 5pm I received a phone call to say that there was a courier problem but the flowers would be delivered on Mother's Day. It wouldn't 't let me track online so I rang them 5 times throughout the day and was assured it would be delivered by 7pm. Never turned up! Disgraceful. Will never use them again!… Read Full Review

Flowers not delivered on Mothers day after paying a premium delivery charge for it then they decide to give me a refund without explanation. So no flowers at all then? I ordered some loggers day flowers a week before they didn't arrive till 1.30 and were dumped outside of my house, no one knocked or called or rang the door bell finally I looked in the website at the status said it had been delivered went outside they were there where someone could have easily taken them. Ordered flowers and a card for same day delivery on Saturday for flowers for my partners mother, as unable to see her sunday. All paid for and confirmed. Later told it is unable to be delivered that day -even though have paid £10 for same day delivery - but will be delivered on Sunday - with no apology or offer to return / lower the cost of same day delivery ! Live in England, tried to order a plant for my mum in Limavady NI. Logged on entered details for £25 plant with free delivery. Said they didn't deliver to that area. Went on the Limavady Interflora site and tried to reorded two other items with free delivery......same thing....even when its their on the website and less than two miles from their shop. “Disappointing!!!”

review total order: £38, requested refund: full negotiated refund: down to £25 interflora refused & refunded: £14 argued over a measly £10 difference I ordered the spring scent bunch for my niece, her first bunch of flowers, 5 years old. I paid £10 to have them delivered especially before 12pm in time for her birthday party that day so she could show them off to everybody. “A week today and still not delivered for a Birthday!!”

I ordered flowers for my Aunt's Birthday one week ago to be delivered last Saturday, they had 5 days to deliver. A week after the order she still has not got them. I went back to the florist who proved to me the order had been sent. He called the Interflora Centre but no response. Finally today the have told him it will be delivered tomorrow as they had had problems... Order did not arrive on time despite the text I got saying it would. My husband (the recipient) had to call and enquire about his gift. They ended up sending him 2 hampers. What's the point of that? Interflora never contacted me. No apology, no email, nothing at all. Funny enough, my husband sent me some flowers for the same date. Used interflora too. “Large Pink Radiance = Absolutely Disgraceful!”

I ordered the above for my daughter on the birth of her first child and paid £40 plus delivery. I am not exaggerating when I say there was about £10 maybe £15 at a push of flowers and they lasted a week. When I complained to Interflora they had the audacity to send me a £10 voucher which means I would have to spend more money with them. I told them what to do with their voucher and what I want is what I paid for and that is £40 worth of flowers. I will never ever use Interflora again… Read Full Review
