On behalf of our company I ordered flowers for someone who was leaving. I ordered "Perfect Pink" as pink is one of her favourite colours. I ordered them for same day delivery as it was a last minute thing and they arrived on time which was good. But immediately we could see that the whole arrangement was very unsatisfactory. 1. I contacted interflora to report that an orchid they had sent was left outside my door in the early hours of a very frosty morning and as a result it had died. The next day I received an apology from Interflora and a beautiful replacement orchid in a lovely pot. That's what I call customer service! (read more)

Placed an international order for friend who had been bereaved. Delivery date 29 April. By 1 May, as they hadnt arrived, I phoned the un'help-line and told, yes they were delivered. However they undertook to double check and ring me back - didnt get called back. This company are a joke & their customer service is beyond a joke.Recipient had to collect the flowers themselves despite having paid for premium delivery. Made an order twice, both which wasn't satisfied. Was then later lied to by a supervisor who stated the flowers couldn't be delivered as the flowers weren't in stock. I later suggested that alternative flowers could be sent, however this was still wasn't done. The call center employees were VERY rude and not helpful. I am also still awaiting a refund for the flowers that didn't arrive to my mother on her 70th birthday. (read more)

bouquet supposed to be delivered monday 29/04/13 eventually arrived 30/04/13 @ 20:15!!! box was really wet on one side and on opening there was no water in display vase. removing tissue paper more than half the flowers had to be discarded and the the whole display looked as though it was 2 weeks old instead of two days!!! I ordered a very expensive funeral spray to go to my brother's funeral in Dallas and especially requested that I be contacted by e- mail when they were delivered. Someone contacted me to confirm details and again I stressed that being so many thousands of miles away could they inform me when the flowers had been delivered. NO-ONE CONTACTED ME! As the local flower van arrived on my drive, my heart sank! Oh dear, please not for me I thought. But yes, an unexpected arrangement was handed over - and it was, as always - atrocious. There was no colour harmony, no balance nor did it have any of the other elements of floral design to its name. after trying to order flowers over the internet and the site rejecting my card, even though it was ok i rang to order the flowers and everything seemed to go ok. they never arrived! when i phoned to see what had happened all i got was that a mishap had taken place!!!! i cancelled the order and the person i spoke to was not very happy about this even though no mention of a discount was offered. use Mars and Spencers at least they do deliver when they say they will. Flowers did not get delivered on the day even though paid for a guaranteed delivery. Customer service awful , not helpful at all , firstly they don't pick up the phone , was told flowers would be delivered next morning still not delivered! Had reservations that the delivery had been made as the tracker system didn't update until 6pm just as i left work for the day however on return home the flowers were there and were delivered in the morning. My wife was extremely pleased. Looking at other reviews I can only assume that due to the large amount of orders it is inevitable that there will be errors. If you want a professional service keep away from this company, they happily take people's money knowing they cannot deliver and to top it all off have shambolic customer service. You might be lucky and get your flowers delivered and you might be even luckier and have them delivered on the correct day but don't run the risk take your money elsewhere (read more)

I am asbolutely discusted with Bouquet of Flowers dumped in a soaking wet box on the doorstep, delivivery Man did not bother to ring door bell and we both in! A you need to change your delivery service, as this not the first time it has happened. I have recently ordered the valentines gift bag bouquet advertised at £22.99 plus £9.99 for delivery. The delivery itself was great and within the time scale I requested. The item itself looks nothing like the picture as there are hardly any flowers in it, the bouquet is mainly made up of green leaves in a gift bag!! I bought a bunch of flowers for my mum, for Mother's Day. I ordered over a week before, and paid for them to be delivered the day before Mother's Day. I paid £36, and was very excited as the picture of the bouquet I chose was beautiful. The flowers did not look like the picture, the picture was 9/10, what arrived was 3/10. The flowers advertised on the website are nothing like the flowers you receive. I ordered a bouquet for Mothers day and when I received them half of the hydrangeas had dropped off, the roses were green and the arrangement was bent out of shape. Apparently the ordered never arrived at the courier's depot, obviously no one is checking that these orders are being fulfilled. I ordered an oasis for a present from this shop at a cost of £30 When the oasis was delivered to the recipients work address the receptionist noticed that one of the 6 flowers had drooped completely and actually took a photo! Ordered a bouquet of roses for my new FIANCE, a couple of days after I proposed (but in good time for Valentines Day - I gave interflora over a week to sort it..) My sister received an awful Interflora (12 red roses) hand tied bouquet for Valentines Day and was extremely disappointed and disheartened with them. Not only were the flowers poor quality (dying the next dead) but they were not put together with any care or consideration and just simply chucked together. I left it to last to write this review, but after unable to contact inter flora for 4 days and once I did they are telling me that I will need to wait for them to call me back in regards to flowers and present they had to deliver on 14/02/13. They never did deliver or bother to update the sender on the status and reasons for delay. Rubbish service, just don't waste your money as you will just get heart broken. Used Interflora in Bicester for Valentine's Day. Ordered 12 Roses . Paid extra for a vase, balloon and chocolate's. Received 7 roses and no vase. I e-mailed them 3 times and have yet to receive an answer. Called and was told the flowers were accepted at the door.
