“I WILL NEVER USE INTERFLORA AGAIN”

I placed an order for the luxury basket for my sister. Much to my disappointment, they delivered white wine instead of the red wine ordered?Honestly , how do such errors occur?. I ordered some flowers to arrive with my parents while they were on holiday celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary. I spent a long time choosing the flowers and my siblings have also contributed money towards the present. In total we spent about £55, including standard delivery on a named date( their anniversary). I am very disappointed with the bunch of flowers that I ordered! I chose the country garden hand tied extra large 17 stem with same day delivery within 3 hours so my total was 65.98. This bouquet is not the same as advertised and quite frankly nothing about it is as stated! For the price I have paid to see none of the lillys actually open as shown and the rest of the flowers on the way out I'm saddened to know that by the time the lilys open the rest will be wilted! “Dreadful product and service ”

Quality is poor and displays are very small. The pictures are not to scale. Customer service simply do not respond. I have tried three times to contact regards poor quality with no response. My advice is to look up the local florist to your delivery destination. They may be Interflora agents but you will get a better service going direct… Read Full Review

No response to any email or feedback received from Interflora apart from an automated response each time stating "Your enquiry has been logged and a customer service advisor will respond shortly. "
Shocking. Now the complaint is in the public domain (Review Centre) you decide to act.

Email sent to Interflora 21st March 2015 re order IN287517541 and IN249754301
"I have received another email from Interflora to review my recent order. I have already complained that the link does not take you to a review page and it is impossible to find. I have had no response from you. The flowers I had sent to my mother last year for Mother's Day were shockingly poor. I only bought more this year as I had some time left on my membership. Rest assured I will not be renewing it due to the poor quality service from Interflora. Neither will I use Interflora again. I would prefer to go direct to the local florist by phone and use their services.

“Misleading Website and Poor Service”

Website contradicts its self for delivery. you select "courier {day of week} 9am-6pm" then you have to read the small print if its a courier delivery timeframe is 7am-7pm. If they where a telecoms provider OfCom would be all over them with a large fine for misleading customers. Delivery was after 6 to my partner's place of work so at 6 she gave up waiting and came home. Delivery then turned up before 7. “Inter making every excuse ”

We ordered flowers for a funeral on a Friday morning, they contacted us on a Monday morning the day of the funeral, stating they could not carry out the order, all we got was excuse after excuse. Interflora failed to deliver flowers to my mother for international mothers day last Sunday despite the fact that I ordered 5 days ahead. They contacted me to apologise and said they would re-deliver if that's what I wanted. When I suggested that they also owed my mother an apology they said they would do this and give her an additional apology bunch of flowers. Ordered and payed for the flowers before 3pm to then receive a phone call an hour later to say they wouldn't be able to deliver until the next day!! I ordered mothers day flowers with interfkorq out of desperation as marks and Spencer's didn't do a delivery as I left it too late. I spent £45 on flowers a nd a balloon. My mother sent me a photo of the flowers. They were absolutely awful.. Something you can get for £5.99 in tesco. Wanted flowers delivered on Sat 14th as my mum would be out all day Sunday. Flowers Were delivered Monday! This was after cancelling the order and asking for full refund, on Saturday, as they hadn't arrived by 9.00pm. I ordered flowers to be delivered on the Saturday before Mothers Day. I tracked my order in the morning and saw it was out for delivery. At 5pm I received a phone call to say that there was a courier problem but the flowers would be delivered on Mother's Day.
