  Good Points: Weekly messages, nice demonstrations of exercises, nutrition analyzer

  Bad Points: Doesn't log food

  I have tried other fitness sites and they all make claims to offer personalized programs. This is the first one I have found that truly does. They have a place for me to get my questions answered and a nice library of information. The price is better than the other fitness sites too.
