    Good Points: Complete block of internet at specific times. Good internet filtering


    Bad Points: Only part of the program works. Specific internet time use option does not work.


    General comments: Net Nanny 5 is a good program for all or nothing, meaning it maybe adequate for young children. I have program installed on 2 computers and am not satisfied with performance. As stated not a bad program for young children up to 9 or 10. Completely blocks internet use when logging onto the computer. Customer support unable to rectify this glitch. Unable to restrict specific internet programs while allowing others access, all or nothing option
