DON"T UPGRADE TO NEW VERSION it seem to only work w/ systemworks 2006... Uninstall to upgrade and save file... Reinstall... your on your own if you loose your product key... Symantec will not give you a New one... It will take hold of ALL your log on passwords and other information and keep it in limbo... GOOD LUCK I lost all my passwords with this one and Symantec refuses to do anything it seems. Should you choose to accept this ... Run it at your own RISK! If you don't have your Product... As an add on in Norton System Works, Norton Password Manager 2004 is a nice security feature. I would not pay for it as a stand alone product though, as there are too many errors. (read more)
