  Good Points: Promises an end to endless spam

  Bad Points: Difficult to configure and very little help. Doesn't work.

  General comments: I installed Norton AntiSpam 2004 and after 2 hours searching help databases, trying different configurations with various settings, I still cannot receive ANY mail. If I turn it off I can get mail, so as soon as I go offline I'll be uninstalling this load of garbage. Total waste of money with no recall on its promises. No wonder so many people 'hack' software. I'll go back to deleting my 30 or so spam messages a day. Much easier and cheaper!!
