Good Points: A wide variety/range of things to do with this disc - anti spam, anti virus, firewall, pop up stopper, internet security, parental control
Bad Points: Messes your computer up
Need to renew it after 1 yr
General comments: I installed this software and it totally slowed my computer down and imported lots of changes, hence I had to then re-start from the beginning. I tried once more to see if it was my fault, but once again my computer slowed, my settings changed and my homepage became a porn site.......
Totally not recommended.

The anti-spam part of Norton Internet Security 2004 tied up my mailbox on the server when using Mozilla as a mail client. This could only be fixed by disabling the Anti-Spam. However, even when disabling Anti-Spam, it continually restarts Outlook Express which can only then be used if I kill ccApp.exe which Norton say reduces my protection. The Privacy Control is so severe that many interactive sites cannot be used unless that too is disabled.
