    Good Points: None


    General comments: Norton Personal Firewall 2004 slowed my system down and affected reliability. All in all, a horrible purchase. Opened up windows that could never, and I mean never, be closed. Tech support told me afterwards that it would not work with Windows

    Norton Personal Firewall 2004 is a no-brainer software. I can recommended it for computer beginners. But note: It slow down your Windows XP start, and used much memory.

    I was having huge problems with my PC closing down because of the Sasser Virus. After installing Norton Firewall 2004 all those problems have gone away, it automatically scans my PC on start up, and every couple of weeks automatically does a full system scan. It blocks all the annoying pop ups and adverts, and basically keeps my PC safe and secure. Excellent customer service, I did encounter one slight problem, but as part of the package I was offered on line support. I emailed my problem to ...
