I am unable to find technicians who are knowledgeable in Norton Ghost 2003.

Our Company is looking for experts to recover data from Ghost 2003 imaged file. We have lost the "End of File" marker. Ghost requires the "EOF" marker to recover the data. I do recommend this data recovery and back up software, however what is the point in having a product if no one can back it up? Please comment me to help... (read more)

I bought the Norton Ghost 2003 Data Recovery and Back Up software for the simple task of doing a 'ghost' copy of a small hard drive to go onto a new larger hard drive. Total failure. I thought it was me. I spent hours trying to make it work. Hours on the web site. It's clearly a common fault - but no help - the web site is more concerned with trying to sell you more products. I finally downloaded it cheaper from a company I had never heard of, which was recommended on an IT forum. (read more)
