    Good Points: One tenth the price of Photoshop with 90 percent of the capability. Compatible with Photoshop plugins.
    Webpage capability using graphic design and no knowledge of html.


    Bad Points: A little to DVD centered.


    General comments: Some problems with Vista but an upgrade to PhotoImpact X3 or 12 fixes that problem.
    A strong photographic editor with less steep learning curve than Photoshop. Strong community support for earlier versions is compatible with more recent version.
    Full layer support and strong tools. Many fun items like stamps, component and button designer and an large collection of supporting features in "EasyPalette" - a gallery of image enhancements.
