    Good Points: Easy to install.
    Cheap.


    Bad Points: Doesn't work very well. No audio half the time...this seems to be a random decision based on the pctv card's mood that day. Doesn't record analogue video "composite" very well ie records it in black and white with flashing blue image every half second, and no volume. In fact, there is no input for sound to be sent from my camcorder, so it's useless for trying to capture your old analogue videos to pc.


    General comments: The main good thing about this Pinnacle PCTV Rave is that it is cheap. However, if you want to throw £25 away, I can suggest that you just chuck it into your kitchen bin thus avoiding the trip to Dixons. This will not only save you a trip, but it will mean one less box in your house.
