    I have been working with this program all day for a long time now (years) and it crashes constantly. I love the WordPerfect 11 program but the constant crashing is making me look elsewhere. I have tried everything and have come up with nothing it just crashes every day. Plenty of memory. No problem with any other programs but this one.

    I've used Word Perfect for 18 years. Newer users may not know that Word Perfect was far and away the preferred word processor over Word for many years.

    Nothing has changed with Word Perfect since it was the world's best word processor except that it is much cheaper (than it used to be and than Word is).

    WordPerfect started out in the mid-80's with version 4.xx as I recall--there may have been a 3.xx. I bought 4.1 or 4.2. That was strictly DOS, meaning no graphical interface. Those early v ...

    I am thoroughly disgusted with WordPerfect. I do computer consulting, mainly for law firms, in most of which WordPerfect is very popular. I have NEVER seen such crash issues across the board. I am not sure about the newest version (12), but the previous versions that I have worked with behave AWFULLY. Upon receiving daily crashes across the board on multiple computers, I consulted Corel's support site. You would not believe what is going on with this software, and Service Packs? foreget it ...
