Good Points: Great for day to day running and getting your books straight with your (Barclays) bank account. No need for a book keeper plus helpful with summaries for tax returns and an excellent up to date info resource for all manner of start up queries.
Bad Points: Not an intuitive bit of software... make a mistake and you'll be trying to figure out how to put it right for hours. On line support is pretty much non existent, the team never replied to my emails and telephoning didn't help either, they just wanted to sell me more products - no support for my current product.
General comments: I would recommend Clearlystart-Up to the highly computer literate who already possess an understanding of accounts software, but don't expect reasonable customer support unless you are willing to go on to their pay monthly schemes.
