Good Points: Easy to set up, good for small businesses
Bad Points: Helpline is very dissapointing Limited customer records Not network friendly
General comments: The helpline people (When you eventually get through) have a script they keep to, always leading to switching the computer off then on, if that doesnt work then re-install Quickbooks.
One even suggested I re-start the company server and install Quickbooks on the server....I would not do that as it is confidential software kept on an isolated machine.
The package does not handle multi users very well, it isnt happy being used accross a network.
Quickbooks also limits you to how many customers you can enter, near 14,000 I believe. If you reach this level you have to delete old records including invoices etc. Not a practicle solution, Quickbooks have no intention to improve this!
The Help function is only useful if you know the exact wording they have used for the title of the help topic, not good if you are not sure.
This is a package that leaves much to be desired
