Good Points: Fairly easy, but the manual does not explain at all well, and many subjects are not mentioned.
Help is better, but again far from perfect.
General comments: Make sure you ask all your questions about the Simply Books Accountancy Software before your support period runs out! They will not give any help at all after that. I never used their support for the first 2 years and then came upon a problem I didn't understand, and they insisted on charging £40 before they would help.
