    Good Points: The web site was easy to use.


    Bad Points: I ordered a SIM only package and never received the card. Have not received a reply to my emails as yet.


    General comments: I would not buy anything from this company again but would always go direct to the phone company. I have been billed by Orange for a card I never received until the day I gave up and cancelled my Direct Debit.

    I thought i would receive a free ipod touch, it ended up costing me 70 pounds, and 2 months later it still hasn't come! Despite the fact that I had to wait for hours on the customer service line - no one would tell me the truth and they all told me seemed to be what they thought I wanted to hear instead of what is actually true.

    I got the T-Mobile Vario 2 cheaper than on T-Mobile's own website from UK Phone Shop. They were temporarily out of stock, but it still only took 48 hours to arrive. They had been recommended to me by a mate.

    It's good, this site has many reviews, some good and some bad, it shows they are a real company trying their best for their customers. My personal experience with my order was a breath of fresh air, thank you very much.

    In my experience with the UKPhoneshop, they do not answer calls, but rack up charge calls while you are waiting or put on hold. Trying to talk to someone about problems that only they can create for you is a non-starter.

    Today mobile phone companies are not user friendly but Bank friendly, and this one is classic example.

    I placed the order online and the next day was sent a text asking me to ring a number. When i did ring i was immediately put on hold. This much i expected but, when my wait turned into about 10 minutes i hung up. I tried ringing several times that day as well as the day after and never actually spoke to anyone. I emailed them and cancelled the order and expressed my dissatisfaction with their customer service. And they still haven't even sent me a courtesy letter to say they received my complain ...

    Do not buy your phones from this company if you are attracted by any money back offers. I bought a phone with half price line rental from UKPhoneshop which was to be reimbursed after 6 months. This was in December 2004 and I am still waiting. I have liased with the MD of the company who is suddenly not able to talk to customers anymore and doesn't reply to letters of complaint. To me the company is a joke and the issue has now gone to their regulators.

    I bought a MDA compact with co-pilot navigation on, and it's the best buy I have ever made. I do a lot of Internet shopping so I have different views on different companies to how they treat there customers, but www.ukphoneshop.com was one of the most helpful sites I have been on and the product is definitely worth a look at for anyone who wants sat nav and a PDA device for practically no cost.

    The UKphoneshop prices may look attractive, but not all that glitters is gold. This company provided me my worst experience of internet shopping EVER!!! Bought a LG 8120 Three pay, box arrived next day - NO PHONE!!!! When I complained, I was acussed of making a false claim - cheeky sods. After putting it in writing I awaited with baited breath for a quick resolution....boy was I in for a long wait. 2 months later, 35 phones, 6 emails, 2 letters and a personal invition to the MD of UKPHONESHOP to ...

    UKPhoneshop.com - I'm a heavy user of mobiles so have signed up for a £40 per month 3g phone and the deal includes a free portable 8" dvd player, assuming it arrives and they seem to be reputable from what I can find on the net ( + the fact a mate recommended them to me so fairly confident) you have to say it's a hell of a deal seen as they sell the dvd seperately on their ukaudioshop site for 200 quid!     I bought a phone off UKPhoneshop.com a while back, no probs what so ever and the phone was free. I also recently signed up for their white label program where you can have your own mobile site powered by ukphoneshop all for £30, sell 2 phones and your £10 in profit (buy your own phone off your own site plus one for the wife and its profit all the way from there).If you already have a website with decent traffic just link to 'your' mobile site, sit back and let the money arrive each m ...

    This is by far the most rated mobile phones shop. All you have to do is look at the ratings on Review Center. 52 reviews with an average of 7.5 good reviews out of ten. No one comes close to it. Yes of course the are the ones which have 10 out of ten but these shops have only been reviewed once or twice and thats probaly by the owner of the site.

    Saved over £100 compared to carphonewarehouse on a samsung s300, phone only took 2 days to arrive & It's a cracker.
    Searching for 'mobile phone shop' on google they were number 1 and deservedly so imho.

    what a joy, they answer the phone, they reply to emails, check ya phone is in stock by givin them a bell, place an order and it will turn up the next morning-thats what happened to me anyway. They said they now get nearly 20 million hits per month now and I see why!!

    Recommended to me by mate of a mate who signed up for their 'white-label' affiliate program. Apparently this means you can have your 'owm' mobile phone site to promote yourself and earn a cut. Mate's mate claims to be making 4 figure money each month on this. Anyway, as a customer I was very impressed.

    Where do you want me to start with this bunch of cowboys? Got a faulty headset with my phone(not there fault ok)two weeks for replacement, wrong one sent, 16 phone calls later ( ITS ON ORDER SIR ) got new headset, had to wait 9 weeks for it, then they send me another wrong one GRRRRRRRRR, trying to get through on their automated answering service is like pulling teeth, PAINFULL! DONT BUY A PHONE FROM THIS LOT

    Ordered the new Ericsson t68i with the camera from UKPhoneshop, brand new out, RRP (according to T-mobile(1-2-1)) is £199. This lot already doing it for £99 on any tariff!! Arrived after 2 days due to a cock up by me not them which they sorted for me. Carphone boys should spend their money on improving their deals & service rather than wasting it on cheesy TV ads!! What a gadget by the way!!
