Good Points: a few good shops
Bad Points: you cannot use this card at all in plymouth city centre - hmv, bay trading, etc without a chip and a pin and these cards do not have chip and pin - useless !
General comments: I loved my duet store card when i could use it !!! it is now refused in most of the retail shops in plymouth as its all CHIP AND PIN !!

I got a Duet Store Card in Ann summers on promotion, spent 9 pounds on a pair of pants and now due to a few missed payments im owing them about 60 quid, its ridiculous its spiralling out of control, because if i cudnt afford the 10 pound minimum fee i surely cant afford twice that on top of the ten pound min. I will never use this card again and have never and once i am finished paying them i am cutting it up and burning it. I think the interest rates are ridiculous.- Read Guest's review (134 words)

The Duet Store Card is easy to use and pay off, and i will use my card when its close to pay day, that way when i get paid, i can pay the balance off in full, and still receive the discounts. These cards are for clever shoppers, and i use it to my advantage.- Read marie28's review (129 words)

If you must get a credit card go for one with a cheaper interest rate - there are plenty of better value options out there that charge way less than 30% APR.- Read fxmaster10's review (73 words)

Easy to use, great offers, those places it can be used are fab, like hmv or sainsburys.
Overall, a good card. I like that it's not chip & pin, as my signature is not easy to fake.- Read Bekahppg's review (40 words)

Good store card but more shops to spend in needed. The bad points are that not a lot of shops take them, I initially took out this card in ETAM and the shop does not exist anymore in Plymouth. A few shops do not recognise the card. We need more shops to use the card in.- Read Cazzy007's review (71 words)

In Peacocks they have to make a phone call to authorise payment and I have been informed by the shop assistants 1. It may take up to an hour to get through as this is a busy time of day...... 2. Our managers are on a conference call and it will be a long time until the phone line is free! I used another card in the end as got fed up of waiting!- Read tracy davis's review (87 words)

Was charged £20 for late payment even though the bill was payed in full and my invoice showed amount due £20 due to late payment, I infact paid it two days before it was due and like a previous reviewer it did'nt go through in time. You have know chance of getting an answer to your phone calls but rest assured your call is important to them.- Read jensdad's review (66 words)

I am a Duet Store Card holder and have been for a while and found it quite good whilst there was a shop near to purchase goods but since the only shop near me closed ive found it diffucult to find another shop near me. I have disabled daughter who is very small made and the sizes in Pilot were ideal everthing bought was suitable for her.
As this is the case I hve just shredded my card and wont be purchasing anymore goods from this card. As for contacting them it is very difficult to do so I can ...- Read Guest's review (119 words)

I would not advise anyone to sign up to the Duet Store Card. I was first attracted to this card by the initial discount and assumed it would be like a store card, which I would be able to pay off straight away as soon as I had made the purchase with the discount, like the storecards in New Look and TopShop. However, I was told I had to wait for a bill which did not arrive until near Christmas. Because of the Christmas closures, I made the payment only two days before it was due. However, I still ...- Read Guest's review (163 words and 1 comment)

Duet Store Card is an easy way to get you to buy goods. Some people will never really be able to pay some balances off due to late payment charges of £20.00 and then interest added on to that. For some customers the charges and interest charged will be more than the actual bill itself. Just remember not to sign anything until you have read the small print, they want you to get the card, well they can wait for you to read the policy. The actual staff on the phone to creations are not very h ...- Read cazzagal's review (112 words and 1 comment)

Store staff are encouraged to sell the Duet Store cards to members of the public through discounted first purchase offers. You are told what benefits you can receive by having the store card, but not informed of any penalties. It's up to you to READ THE SMALL PRINT, which you are not really encouraged to do at the point of purchase. Whether you are in credit prior to a purchase, or have 50p or £50.00 outstanding, they add a late payment charge of £20.00, then they add interest on t ...- Read JakkiG's review (135 words and 1 comment)
