    Shop - Superdrug Store Bramhall, stockport, Cheshire.
    Products - Perfumes (Kelvin clein - 'Truth for men' and 'Truth for women')
    and other items.

    The discounted products were very well displayed in front of the counter and the staff pointed theses out too at the till. A good reminder is very helpful and gets the sale done. I was very pleased. I have already recommended my local Superdrug shop (BRAMHALL in Cheshire) to 15 friends who have already started shopping there even though they do not leave locally. They too find the staff very friendly and the shop very clean and well layed out.

    Suggestions:- Expand perfum ranges. Introduce more perfum lines. Make the perfum counter bigger to accomodate more lines. We would like to see more of the good gift sets too.

    I could not believe that my local store does not stock Givenchy lines. These are very popular, particularly 'Very Irresistible' - the gift sets.

    Everything in Superdrug was easy to find, got everything I wanted, brilliant value and staff were also very helpful and friendly.

    Lots of ranges at Superdrug
    make-up, very helpful staff.
    perfume plenty of testers and good advice given.
    Good service, well stocked, staff very helpful.

    My family and i started our christmas shopping this week. we went to super drug at one shop perry barr, the manager was extremley helpful and pleasant. he sorted out presents for all nieces and nephews, ranging from gift sets to perfumes. they had a very good range of both. the manager knew what was good to buy for the age ranges we had. a big thank you to him.

    I went shopping in Superdrug Camberwell today and realised that I had to let my views of the Customer Service I received be heard. Superdrug is a great store with great Bargains and a fantastic variety of products, but I feel that some of the staff let it down very badly, that is if I can find any of them to assist me. I find that walking around the store makes me feel frustrated because there hardly ever appears to be anyone on the shop floor to assist me. When I do find someone they seem to be ...

    I shoppped in Superdrug in Pailsley on Friday 05-09-2008. I want to advise you of my experience of what I feel was unacceptable customer service. Recently the perfume display in the store has been brought down to the front of the store where the checkout used to be.     Superdrug are actually really good for phones and now stock phones from Virgin and T Mobile, where before they only used to stock phones from 3-Three.
    The prices are competitive and the handsets are decent quality.
    If you want a cheap spare phone then this is the place to go.

    Superdrug sell good quality products, and products are very well displayed. Also, the staff are very helpful and polite with their customers.

    Recently my local Superdrug (Abingdon) underwent a refurishment and there is even more room in the same space on the shop floor, I go there to purchase all my toiletries and find the quality OK especially their own brands.

    I used to like Superdrug but recently I have found that there are many thing on sale that are out of date and it is in more than one Superdrug.

    I bought my LG U8110 from superdrug and I found the man working there to be helpful. He answered all of my questions, and told me about the threepay top up because I didn't know what VideoTalk and that strange stuff was. They promised to try their best to match other prices, they knew lots about the handests, they had demo models running to let you have a play, and they gave helpful advice to people. Definitely recommended.

    I adore Superdrug - you walk in and your greeted with tons of fantastic offers and products.There is always a sale or special offers on which mean that its excellent value for money. The best health and beauty shop you could find.

    You get very good personal attention from friendly staff at Superdrug who allow you to sample any fragrances you are interested in. They also recommend fragrances and sizes to suit your budget. They are quite knowledgable about their products. Unfortunately, you usually have to wait a while to get through the checkout.
