I don't often go into Superdrug's actual high street stores, but saw a few bargains on their website recently and couldn't resist! I got a particularly good deal on their own brand hair dye, which I love, and having tested loads of more expensive dyes, I can definitely recommend it! I found online checkout fast and easy, and even though I didn't choose next day delivery, the items still arrived next day anyway which was a bonus! (read more)

Now, I myself am a beauty bargain fan, as superdrug can sometimes be cheaper than boots, but the staff in Bexleyheath are incredibly rude! When you are browsing the makeup at this specific store will follow you round the whole shop, STARING AT YOU... When my friend and I were looking at some products, she was testing something out, which was ALREADY open, and clearly could of been a tester, my friend was just about to use it, and this woman who had been staring at us, practically eyeraping... Went into the whitgift branch in Croydon today and the till woman was so up her own arse it was unbelievable. I was polite to her and she forgot to ask me for my loyalty card so I reminded her and she rolled her eyes and accepted the card. She is a chav looking blonde woman. And I will go in next time and find out her name. This is not the first time I have experienced rudeness by the same sales woman. I ordered items on the 30th of December and got an email on the 2nd saying it'll arrive in 3-5 business days. The money was taken out of my account on the 3rd. Last week i still hadn't received my order so contacted them via their website. I have still had no reply so don't know where it is or if i will ever get it. Insulting rude shop assistant Poor service Left me feeling like a criminal when innocently trying perfume testers. Shop assistant told me to stop walking behind the tills (no please or thank you). I was stood in front of a perfume display at the side of the till counter, not behind the tills. No sign or barrier indicating not to approach the display where the testers were located and she offerred no assistance as an alternative. She just walked back to her till. Very rude. I have shopped in superdrug for a long time as in years. However recently i feel that the service of one particular store has gone down hill (Perry Barr in Birmingham). On one occasion i entered the store to be greeted by a friendly sales assistant, whilst i was browsing it was obvious that she was either new or on a trial as the manager came over and started carrying out her review right next to me, covering areas such as how to sell (a pushy description) fair enough as a business profit... I purchased a few items from superdrug today and paid for them and received a confirmation. Subsequently I receive a e-mail asking me call a 0845 number for which I had to pay. On making the call I am asked several personal questions and I felt the service was terrible. In the first place if they had a problem with an order they confirmed they should have called me not the other way around. In the end I decided to cancel the order and wowed never to shop at Superdrug again. (read more)

The Superdrug website is completely terrible. I have given it 1 star only because the range of products is huge and the prices are (like instore) really reasonable and sometimes VERY cheap. I have had a look around on Superdrug.com several times over the last few months and it has not improved. I have no problem with the layout of the shop or finding anything.. I like many customers out there like to take my time and browse through the products.. especially the make-up section, shampoo & feminine products section.. Not anymore!
Superdrug have the cherry and fig shampoo and conditioner...It's cheap but the results are anything but!
After the first use i noticed my hair looked fuller with lots of body.
The smell is divine too.
I cannot recommend this product enough.

i would never recomend using superdrugs online service. i placed an order with them. the state clearly on the website their delivery time is 3-5 days. i emailed them a week later only to be told my order was lost due to a system error and my money would be returned to me. 17 days later and im still in an ongoing battle with them to get my money back. i have never experienced poorer customer service in my life. and would strongly advise anyone reading this NOT to shop with superdrug. try... Superdrug are actually really good for phones and now stock phones from Virgin and T Mobile, where before they only used to stock phones from 3-Three.
The prices are competitive and the handsets are decent quality.
If you want a cheap spare phone then this is the place to go.

I love shopping at Superdrug, especially before I go on Holiday - I spend the most money buying several products when it's holiday time! A million dinner parties whilst on holiday, means I like to look my absolute best, so I have many items of make-up to fulfil this 'duty'. I am highly concerned that you have noticed products being out of date. I plan to spend approx. £100. just before I go away this Summer, although I'll be spending more. My sisters will be spending the same amount. This means we make a big loss if their are faults with the stock at Superdrug. Please kindly specify WHERE on each product can a date be found????????? I have never seen it before!

I bought my LG U8110 from superdrug and I found the man working there to be helpful. He answered all of my questions, and told me about the threepay top up because I didn't know what VideoTalk and that strange stuff was. They promised to try their best to match other prices, they knew lots about the handests, they had demo models running to let you have a play, and they gave helpful advice to people. You get very good personal attention from friendly staff at Superdrug who allow you to sample any fragrances you are interested in. They also recommend fragrances and sizes to suit your budget. They are quite knowledgable about their products. Unfortunately, you usually have to wait a while to get through the checkout. (read more)
