Good Points: Very effective and realistic tactical shooter. Medium graphics, nothing flashy. Multiplayer very addictive.
Bad Points: Difficult learning curve. The usual glitches here and there, but nothin' that can't be fixed with a patch.
General comments: A good FPS game that's different from most FPSs out there. It's realistic, which means your characters can't junping over cars or survive multiple gunshot wounds.
In single player, you control a squad of special police ala SWAT, and the objectives include disarming bombs, rescuing hostages and neutralizing tangos (terrorists). You can switch between squad members any time and issue commands such as 'open door' and go here and go there and shoot this and shoot that. There are loads of real world weapons and equipment, and your limited to carrying 1 primamry weapon, 1 secondary, and some other equipment like ammo and grenades.
Multiplayer on the other hand is addictive and difficult mainly because teamwork is extremely important, as two shots will have you sleeping with the fishes. Organisation, TW, and silence are the keys to survival, with familiar game modes like deathmatch and terrorist hunt.
