Good Points: Some of the good points are that there are a lot of cars to race with and there isn't that Gran Turismo 3 or 4 need to race the same boring race over and over to get cash to buy a new car. Plus the cleavage shots!
Bad Points: The fact that there are not a lot of tracks.
General comments: The value is there being I got R: Racing and another game (Pac Attack) for 10 bucks. The game controls great on the Wavebird and the graphics are just stunning. I am not usually a fan of story modes on games like this but this story has a great twist, I play as an Uber hot female that can't seem to get her shirt buttoned right. It's nice eye-candy, but the rest of the game is all eye-candy. The tracks look superb, and if you like techno music its a great background. I also have to comment on the ease of the menues and the fact that there are three skill levels that are all just begging to be finished. That gives this title a lot of replay value. Over all I say get it, and find it cheap like I did.
