Good Points: Erm...nope, you've got me there.
Bad Points: They don't care about customer service. They debit cards when orders are placed, not when they are fulfilled.
General comments: Musica - Holy Toledo! What a dreadful outfit. I ordered a CD in March 2004, my credit card was debited the same day and...I'm still waiting for the CD. Emails go unanswered and I'm now lodging a formal complaint with Jersey Trading Standards. Avoid this shop like the plague!

OH MY GOD! I cannot believe the shocking standard of service I have received from this appalling company.
I made an order for a DVD which was supposed to be delivered within 3 days but here I am over a month later and still no DVD. Not only that but I have been charged for the DVD and, despite 3 emails and a fax being sent to them, I have received nothing - no DVD, no correspondance, nothing.
I have to say it has been the most frustrating online purchase I have ever made and Musica's ...

I ordered four CDs in December 2003 from Musica, to date I have not received my order or a refund. I have sent countless letters and emails to no avail. (conveniently they do not have a contact telephone no., wish I'd taken note of that before ordering....I've certainly learnt my lesson now). They are now completely ignoring all my correspondence. I first bought from Musica a couple of years back when they were based in the UK. Service and price were OK, but they debited my card twice. Although they sorted it out promptly, my brother had exactly the same problem a couple of times.
Musica now operate offshore (Jersey) presumably to avoid charging VAT on CD's and therefore to be more price-competitive (and they're not alone in this tactic by any means). Prices are more competitive, but my recent experiences suggest that customer servi ...

Musica.co.uk is a joke! Since ordering from them I have read numerous complaints on Ciao all similar. i.e. goods ordered never arriving, being charged twice for the same items etc.

The Musica.co.uk site shows good prices, a good range and quick delivery including free p&p. However, the reality is very different. Twice I have ordered items quoted at '2-3 days delivery' and not received items after 6 WEEKS! Emails to the customer helpdesk are routinely ignored and since your credit card is debited at the time of ordering, not at the time of despatch, it is almost impossible to cancel orders and get a refund.
