We stayed at the Luxor for our honeymoon and had a fantastic time. I am surprised by the bad review because we loved it, we found no fault at all with the hotel and would highly recommend it for anyone travelling to Las Vegas. We have travelled to the US on several occasions previously, this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in

We stayed in a room in the main pyramid building, and had a fantastic view overlooking the back of the pool and far reaching views of Vegas. Our room was nicely decorated with a clean bathroom and a king size bed. We had our room cleaned and fresh towels every day.

Despite how busy the hotel is, our room was extremely quiet and once inside you could hear no noise from the foyer or main area. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had no problems with the room at all, but a fridge might have been useful! The room had air conditioning which was a must, but we found the room to be quite cool because of the tinted windows in the pyramid

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was easy to walk to other hotels such as Mandalay Bay, New York New York, MGM etc. We tried the buffet once but it wasnt for us so we ate outside the hotel most nights, although we did take advantage of the McDondalds and Starbucks, aswell as the ice cream place!!

The pool area- well what can I say- fab! Does tend to get busy but still plenty of room. Great place to relax and nice clean pool, we loved it. From the other hotels we saw, the Luxor had one of the best pool areas.

We loved this hotel and would definately stay here again as we are planning to go back very soon!!

I would read reviews for other places in Vegas to stay. I would not recommend The Luxor Hotel & Casino unless you paid 40.00 a night. For the price paid it was not nice.

In April 2003, I visited America for the first time staying at The Luxor Hotel & Casino, the reason behind the visit was to attend my brothers wedding which took place in a hotel in the mountains, about a half an hour drive from Las Vegas.

Whilst in Las Vegas we stayed in the Luxor Hotel, it is situated on the strip, although not on the main part of the strip, and consists of two large tower blocks full of rooms and a unique pyramid building which is also used for accommodation. In total the ...
