    Good Points: Bought Ford Focus convertible in August 07. Big boot


    Bad Points: Bought it in August 07. After 2 weeks, roof leaked horrendously at the first rain. Took 4 weeks to repair. Now second leak in Nov 07 -still waiting for a repair and having to drive around in it because Ford have a backlog of problem convertibles with leaking roofs. Not offering courtesy car either.


    General comments: Ford car company have no customer service at all.
