Bad Points: As has been found by other users, it has now corrupted one disk completely with the info box telling me that 0 sector is unreadable and the disk is not formatted. Fortunately most is backed up except for the very last entries.

General comments: My Iomega 250MB USB drive has been used on a daily basis for the past three years with no problems _ until now!
It has been a quick and easy recording device.
I have tried Search & Recover software on this disk to no avail as the 0 sector has to be read first. The only option is to format the faulty disk. The unit is reading and writing to another disk with out trouble, but for how long? Well recommend Iomega 250 MB.

My Iomega 250 MB Zip Drive is used on a daily basis. Used as a back-up system until files are burnt to CD. Used to have 100mb zip drive and thought this version would be better, but, 3x 250mb disks have been destroyed and now I used 100mb disks which seem ok. Also, buying zip disks off the shelf is near impossible. Considering upgrading to a jaz drive. Can't recommend due to disks being destroyed.
