Utterly dreadful. I ordered a replacement screen for my Nokia 6220 Classic, after e-mailing them to make sure the one I was ordering was correct. They confirmed it was, and it arrived (late), and wasn't in fact suitable at all, nor did it require the screwdriver they insisted I bought. They then ignored my e-mail for three weeks, before I opened a Paypal dispute. This eventually got their attention, and they agreed a partial refund. Which they then ignored, until I threatened to contact Trading Standards. Don't use this company. They are atrocious.

No communication from Active Mobiles, didnt receive the goods, claim with Paypal open to get my money back. I doubt there is even a shop, this is just a portal to get money for nothing! Stay well away!!

They owe me money for a partially fulfilled order and have not yet responded to many communications. Paypal were useless. Never assume that Paypal gives any protection; they don't.

I have had non delivery of items from Active Mobiles.

The company phone stays unanswered and goes on to answer-phone. The fax number is a mobile, and emails remain unanswered.

I thought Active Mobiles would be rubbish after reading the posts here. I had emailed them about my order and after no reply I assumed the worst. However, they had actually delivered my printer cartridges, just not to the address I thought I'd ordered for. Scrub the bad review I had posted (this website doesn't seem to be able to let me remove it). Overall active mobiles are cheap, but they seem to deliver!

Foolishly, I gave Active Mobile money thinking that Paypal gave protection if the goods weren't delivered. They've got my money and I can only presume they've run (I haven't received a single email back to my complaints). Now, almost 28 days since my order was placed, I imagine I'll be seeking legal advice in the near future.

Activemobiles don't respond to emails after cash transactions. Simple purchase of Samsung data cable is in limbo with unknown delivery as only response from company is prior to cash transaction.

I sent www.activemobiles.com a cell phone on two seperate occasions (two years apart) for their unlocking service. The first phone was returned after much hassle (they did not have the right cables to unlocK a Nokia 3210) The phone was delivered by Royal mail special delivery & had arrived at said company. To date they not answered any phone calls or responded to my e-mails. I fear my phone is gone forever & am about to start legal proceedings against them for recovery of my property.
