This is a horrible company! DO NOT GET A CARD! They need to attend customer service classes. They don't work with you at all. I started having hard time paying my bill, so I thought I would give them a call to work something out. I the rep was so rude to me. Telling, it's me my fault and I should borrow money from family members. World Finacial Bank, you cannot treat people like garbage. One day it will catch up with you guys! It's called KARMA! Btw this review asked if i would recommend this card to a friend, I would not recommend this card to a enemy!

Awful! Their online site for payments screw up all the time!!!!! You submit a payment and it says submitted but you find out the next month that it didn't go through. You ask for bills in the mail and they do not send them. You cannot get a real customer service representative. Their phone number has you go through about 30 different prompts. You never get to a real person and your problem never gets resolved. Be sure to check your store credit cards to see if they use WFB.

    If you're of ...

This is, without a doubt one of the worst banking institutions I have ever worked with. An automated dial up calls our phone number five to six times a day. No operator or rep is available after you you call the five or six numbers my caller ID picks up on. Including a number for ADS. The customer service reps are rude, ignorant and cannot speak English Most read from a card... and they are nasty.
I have called New York and worked from the retailer up to get assistance for my New York and Co ...

first and foremost I am ONLY giving this horrible company a star because I HAVE TO. What I really want to give it is absolutely no stars what so ever!!! Secondly, DO NOT GET THIS CARD!!! I REPEAT DO NOT GET THIS CARD!!! I have NEVER been treated so poorly in my life!!! I work as a customer service representative and have so for 10 years!!! They DO NOT care one bit about the customer!!! The ONLY reason I even knew I had a problem was the EARLY phone call made on a SUNDAY!! I did not appreciate th ...

This is the worst, most disorganized banking organization. They don't send bills or purposely send them to the wrong addresses and email addresses and then call and ask for a late fee. Never get a card from them

They openned two accounts in my name (without my knowledge) since, my wife didn't have any credit. They stole my SS number and called my ex wife for payments. They did not send any bills for the second acct. I started getting calls for the Metro acct. I learned of this account at this time. I asked my wife about the Metro acct. and she told me of it. I recieved another call and I paid it off $400. It was two months later, and I started getting calls about the Metro account. I was informed that I ...

RATING: 0000000 STARS! ADS 303-255-5352 (apparently affiliated with WFNNB) calls for my college daughter every day, multiple times a day! Before I can even take a message or try to give them an alternate number to reach her (as she DOES NOT LIVE HERE), they ALWAYS hang up! Now that I have figured out who they are ... I will be GIVING THEM HELL! Even if they are calling regarding a past due bill, there is NO REASON TO FORGET ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Idiots!!!!

I have asked world financial people to stop calling me about 6 times, to take me off their list. They have had the wrong number and each time a different rep said they took me off the list, but they still call. Is there some way to get these people fired? It is terrible customer service.

World Financial Network National Bank Credit Card called my house over 20 times in a two day period. Each time they would ask for me, however, since I am at college, I was not there. When my mom asked what it was regarding they would not tell her. Finally after about the 10th call my mom pretended to be me. They were very rude with her and told her that it was regarding a past due Victoria's Secret bill and it had to be paid immediately. She asked why there had been no bill sent and they sai ...

Rude World Financial Network National Bank customer service reps! I was treated very disrespectfully because I have fallen behind on my payments due to a job loss. I've called them to discuss my account several times and was still treated like a dead-beat. They didn't do anything illegal, but they don't need to be so ugly to people who are having a hard time and trying to do the right thing.

I received this World Financial Network card from Ann Taylor and, because I knew they were crooks, I called weeks before my payment was due to make sure I paid them on the phone BEFORE they could claim that my payment was "late." I had to push a little to get the balance and pay it, but I did and then immediately cancelled the card. This is what you need to do with companies like this that "earn" their money by fraudulent practices. By doing this, I also avoided the bogus $10 fee for paying ...

I received two late charge fees for the World Financial Network National Bank Credit Card in two different months, after mailing my payment approximately 2 weeks before each due date. Magically, my payments were posted one day after the due date. I called after the first time. They waived the late fee. The second time it happened, I didn't ask them to waive the fee, but told the customer service rep why I was cancelling. She made no offer to save the account, which by this point I wouldn't ...

world financial bank and roaman's. Impossible to work with these people. Hard to understand statements and they relentlessly call my home.
I signed up for a 6 months, no payment, no interest program. I was told no payments till May. I was then told this program does not exist and I would need to pay 250.00 immediately. They then started charging me late charges and overlimit charges. Almost 50% of my balance is interest and late charges. In addition, they have this Indian accdent???Never get a ...
