I opened the Pottery Barn credit card in last year december and purchased the baby's nab blanket from Pottern barn kids. The blanket was delivered but the quality was pretty bad so I returned the same and believed that Pottery Barn issued credit. Guess what? I have called them several time to close this account but they are always rude. Guess What!!! They still show as an open account. I have never been so outraged in my life! The chain of command in this organization is horrible. I was incorrectly set up on a hardship payment plan by one guy because of a loss of job. Weeks later I received voicemail messages indicating that they were unable to follow through with the arrangement on their part. I have two cards with World Financial, PacSun and Pottery Barn. I have had both of them for many years. I have always found it odd that when I make a payment, it is held until the next billing cycle. I guess they do that so they can charge more interest. Really odd. I've never seen any other credit card company do that.

World financial network is the site for some of my credit cards. Recently,I was attempting to pay my Eddie Bauer bill and by mistake, I ended up applying for a new credit card. When it came, I threw it away as someone at Eddie Bauer customer service told me my original account number would not be affected. Then when I contacted WWW, they told me that both accounts had been closed and I would have to use another credit card, like Visa, for any purchases. I have had that account number so long... I think all these people are nuts and have poor bill paying issues. I have had 5 WFNNB issued store credit cards and a Med-Choice Financial health care credit card for well over a year. Not one missed paper statement or one late fee. As a matter of fact they have more than doubled and in some cases tripled my initial credit lines. Lost mailbox keys and such are not the responsibility of the bank. Have only had one customer service phone experience and she was great. (read more)

They RARELY send statement and when they do...we are like 2 months behind. I asked for a Corporate number to contact, after speaking with a African-American Manager who REFUSED to give her name. Was told no such thing existed. Finally out of frustration, I said. They will adjust and re-adjust the "due" date of the bill and if you get into a normal routine of paying your bill (on-time) they will re-adjust so that your payment will fall just after that "due" date, and then hit you with a $35 late fee. Web site failure prevented from paying online and I have been promised statement in the mail. Never received that statement and was charged penalty fee.
Requested to pay online and when used a credit card, my credit card charged me cash advance fee, which is in addition to the fee I had to pay for the transaction on the phone.
"Customer service" was very unprofessional and rude.

Have 3 co-branded mastercards and 2 co-branded visa cards with WFNNB, never had a problem with them. Signed up for online payment/statements so that I could monitor my account and pay in advance. Have read all of the reviews and am surprised that folks have complained that because they didn't receive a paper/online statement they didn't pay the bill and started receiving harassing phone calls. Obviously you are an employee or principle of WFNNB. I dont even have a card with them never applied for a card with any of their partners in crime. I was unfortunately issues the wrong cell phone number by my carrier and despite repeated attempts to tell these idiots I was issued this number and have no knowledge of the person they are harrassing they continue to call. As I see if my only avenue is to change my number. Blocking it wont do! they call from numbers in every state in the union! I actually got so mad I chased the person down they are looking for down and told them what was going on only to have this person tell me a similar storey to the ones I have been reading! I have repeatedly asked WFNNB to send me a paper copy of my monthly statement. Instead, they have been sending me statements via email and it's been impossible to access my account on line.
Therefore, payments I thought I was making have gone into "never, never" land. They have called repeatedly, on weekends, in the evening. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Get a card from these folks for OSH or other merchant and you will get multiple taped calls putting you on hold every day. AND they refuse to stop - even when the number is in the No Call Registry. Press them and guess what? They will know who you are - but then must give give SS#, date of birth, and mother's maiden name to get them to stop - all data that cna be used to steal your identity.
