    Good Points: Good room facilities.

    Bad Points: No toilet.

General comments: I spent 2 nights at St Johns Galley Bay. I am not going to say that it was bad or anything like that, but it could be better. The room facilities are good, but there's no toilet. The meals provided are reasonably tasty. On the whole it was mediocre.

Quality of food and location were good, however, average age of the guests was quite high. Great food - Delux beachfront is a must

Yes, it is expensive, and we spent an absolute fortune, but we feel we got value for money.

The pool was absolutely fine! It is not murky, but because of the way it is built onto a rock coloured surface to look na ...

Galley Bay Resort offers traditional and rustic dwellings that open onto the nicest beach on the Island. The relaxing wicker chairs are sublime for lazily watching the waves lap on the white sands.

The beach at Galley Bay in Antigua looked pristine, but there were lots and lots of rocks just below the surface of the water which were difficult to avoid, and that made for tricky swimming. The pool, which looked sensational in the brochure photographs, turned out to be murky looking, and we didn't use it at all during our stay. Sadly, Galley Bay did not meet our expectations, and I would not recommend it to anyone who is a 'foodie'. The 7 night holiday through Virgin cost just short of &po ...
