Good Points: Overall performance is equivalent to a 2.8 ghz pentium 4... Pure power, no lag.
Bad Points: Very hot running. Use dual fan or peltier cooling!!!
General comments: This AMD Athlon 800 Mhz processor is the equivalent of a 2.8 ghz pentium 4. The 512 kb of l2 cache and the 128 kb of l1 cache make this processor a REAL workhorse. While 2.8ghz vs. 800mhz seems extremely unfair. The fact is... the amd company has designed a core capable of out running even some dual processor systems. This core has been designed with almost a hyper-threading mechanism. This is a very nice hard running processor that I would recommend for anyone on a budget or anyone that likes these athlon type processors

I bought my K7 last month with a slot A motherboard and was up and running after an hours installation. I bought the Athlon because of its ability to be overclocked and I am now preparing to making it whizz even faster.
