I never write reviews but our holiday was just so bad. just came back from perran sands, hired a private caravan which was lovley as the lady who owns it cleans it herself no faults with that so glad didn't book with heaven to go in one of there caravans after seeing how rude staff was there, staff was so rude towards children, didn't have time for them (especially the females) after paying £120 for passes to go in the pool twice and in the club once as entertainment was so boring and they… Read Full Review

i have to agree with some of the comments on here about the park as we holidayed there some 3 years ago and was not impressed at all, but returned there this summer haven have just spent big upgrading the park two fantasic brand new restarunts not serving up the normal holiday park slop , fresh court crab, fish, and some great daily specals a fantastic bbq and roskillys ice cream parlour , i found staff to be helpful and very friendly , i cant say about the haven accomation as we booked a… Read Full Review

While staying at Perransands,My family and I had a great time. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food was great and we was lucky with the weather. The caravan was clean and tidy and we spent most nights in the club where there was always something going on. I got to say a big thank you to the security staff for looking after my daughter after she fell and hit her head. They really calmed her down while others made her smile and it was not long before she was running round again. Over all… Read Full Review

this was our first holiday at heaven. not to be repeated.the first thing that hits you on entering the chalet is the smell, damp and musty. then you notice the overall shabbiness, tatty sofas, doors that don't close properly bathrooms with broken tiles, broken and cracked toilet seats. don't expect to take your clothes out of the bags as the wardrobes are damp.if you are in a dog friendly cabin expect fleas, dog hairs everywhere and in our case a distinctive smell of dog pee in the living room. the… Read Full Review

Just got home from a week at Perran Sands, lovely. We have never been to a holiday site before as I lived in Spain for many years by the beach etc. We weren`t sure what to expect, but the Delux Mobile home was good. It was very clean and lovely for us 4. We didn`t use to evening bar etc but the pool was lovely and the shop ok too. The staff were all very friendly and helpful all over the site. The site was very clean too. The walk to the beach was very hard but it did say this on the website… Read Full Review

me and my family went here as the 1st holiday we had been on in a couple of years after returning to the uk. this was by far the WORST holiday we have ever been on, moulding kitchen wear, lack of activities and dirty linen, even the sofa was beginning to mould. if your thinking about taking your family to a nice caravaning holiday this summer, DO NOT GO HERE!!!… Read Full Review

I am the customer that doesnt normally write reviews, good or bad. The customer who has a bad experience but doesnt complain, I just walk away quitely and never repeat the experience.
Until now....I read the reviews on this site before I left to go on our trip to Perransands and the bad reviews really stressed me out! I even had a back up plan for me, my wife and two young children to move out from our caravan straight into a local hotel if the accomodation was in anyway poor.
We paid an… Read Full Review

we arrived home today(from perran sands) and although we live close we want to go back tonight!!
caravan didnt have sheets as promised but was given a generous amount of money back!
the site was clean, i agree that 2 of the nights we had already seen the act( rocket science) and greedy's disco in the park and polly's fancy dress we were there a week and surprised that it was repeated in the same week, but beautiful beaches good clubs not too busy either. food was well priced and the staff… Read Full Review

Just returned from our Easter Break at Perran Sands with our touring caravan. We are from Sheffield and the Easter School Holidays are clearly on differing dates from most schools in the UK as the site was only a third full.
That said we had a fantastic time! The staff were all really helpful, the entertainment for the kids brilliant and luckily the weather was sunny.
The showers were spotless on our visit and the cleaners appeared to be present on most of my visits.
The pool got busy in the… Read Full Review

We booked our Haven holiday through a local paper's £10 per person promotion and would not usually go on caravan holidays, but we absolutely loved it! The caravan was more like a chalet and was actually bigger than our house (given we have a tiny house!, over-all it was very clean, smelt fine (i have bad memories of the smell of caravans from childhood! and we had good tv reception. The only problems were that the caravan got a bit cold in the evening even though days were warm , so take… Read Full Review

Stunning location beautiful beaches lovely town. Haven site was awful. Evening entertainment disco was suppose to start at 11 but as soon as you bought your drinks at 11 the music turned off and was repeatedly asked to leave. It was the same show on the next night. There was a rude crude comedian who made jokes about children with ginger hair while my ginger haired daughter was on stage. We was horrified. superior accommodation had no heating. Beach was lovely but too dificult to get too… Read Full Review
