    Bought a diamond bangle as a present for our bridesmaid.It snapped in two first time it was tried on.This was very embarasing both to me and my bridesmaid.Sent it back and found the after sales service very poor.Not even an apology from them for the embaracement this caused.Sent them an E-Mail didn't even get a reply to that.If you want to save yourself money stay away from this company.

    I have a three banded ring with small diamonds incrusted in the silver from Hot Diamonds Bracelets. In the last three weeks, not only has one of the diamonds fallen out, but one of the bands has snapped. In addition to this, in the past, I had a braclet bought from Hot Diamonds Bracelets, as a present for me and the clasp came undone, and I lost it, thinking it was my own fault, I bought another, to which the same thing happened. Do not buy Hot Diamonds Jewellery.

    All of my jewelery is from hot diamonds. I love the unique styles and fantastic quality. I have a matching set of bracelet, necklace, earrings and a ring. I have had the bracelet for nearly 2 years and even though I wear it every day it still looks like new.

    They have an amazing collection and I'm hooked! Every birthday or Christmas I drop hints to my friends and family that I want more hot diamonds!

    I have a Hot Diamonds bracelet which I have now had for over three years. I wear it every day and have not had any problems at all with it. I have another which is only worn at weekends, but again, I have had no problems with them at all, and they are both really attractive pieces.

    I also have three Hot Diamond necklaces, and again no problems. All my items are 9ct gold though, so I have not dealt with any of the silver items - perhaps this is where the problems in the previous reviews lie ...

    I bought a hot diamonds bracelet for £60 and after two weeks, the jewellery was covered in black marks and the brushed silver had all turned black and lost its look. When I went back to the shop I bought it from, they said hot diamonds were aware of the problem but refused to refund or replace any of the items.
