    Good Points: none


    Bad Points: sony could nt carless they have sold a lemon. It does not do what was advertised.


    General comments: Having paid for a Sony KD-28DX40 a future proof 2012 ready TV, I was disappointed when it would not tune in to the changes of freeview channels. After ringing and emailing sony I was told, tough buy a set top box. I am now persuing a claim through the trading standards. I am very disappionted with sonys attitude. I have always bought sony as being a better class product and was shocked by the lack of iterest of the company to a customer. never again will I puchase any goods remotely connected with the sony corp. If you veiw av forums at the tv you find others suck with the same rubbish that needs upgrading before it will do what it is advertised. In my opinion it is the worst purchase i have ever made and certainly will not be caught napping twice.
