I disagree entirely with some of the previous reviews! Lacoste is a very fashionable label!! If you compare things like Lacoste trainers to Nike trainers then they are a considerably cheaper item!! For example, a pair of Lacoste Cavendish shoes cost around £40-£45!! A Pair of Nike Air Max 90's Cost £85. Also, adults always complain how teenagers look so scruffy, and Lacoste make extremely smart polo shirts in variable styles and designs. You talk about how the crocodile label is stupid, and who would want to make it. I can tell you that we live in a society of branding and different fashions to suit everybody's needs and styles. Lacoste is my favourite brand to wear, and I can assure you that the remarks I have heard up until now about Lacoste clothing are very good.
It is said that a Lacoste Polo Shirt lasts for up to 20 years. People buy more well known brands like Nike and Adidas for the same prices as Lacoste. The only difference is that Lacoste is more on the designer side of the scale, and not the sporty side, that these brands have incorporated over the years. Maybe it is on the expensive side, but in this society what isn't?

Lacoste casual shirts are really not worth the money. So many other brands offer so much more for so much less! I don't even know who thinks Lacoste is a real designer make anyway.
My advice would be to stick to Armani and Hugo Boss etc. You pay a little bit more, but I think you get a nicer design. The Lacoste stuff just looks like gap clothing with a crocodile logo on it. At least Armani and Boss look a little bit different.

Lacoste casual shirts are really not worth the money you pay. Ok so the quality is ok, but certainly not worth £50 a pop just for an ugly looking crocodile motif surley. Overpriced tat!!!
