Good Points: Always quick and clear reaction/answer through email. Cancelling order via email is no problem. Fast delivery.
General comments: Biovea.net UK is top! I received my package within a week (I live in the Netherlands). A few days later I've got an email from Biovea that they've received a double payment and if I would like a refund. I didn't even know that!

I have been ordering from Biovea.co.uk for a couple of years now and need to say that they have to be the best online ordering service there is. I have not had ANY problems and have made over 15 orders by now. Products are of high quality and the prices are very competitive. They also do not charge any postage even to Slovenia and give an additional 5% discount on all orders if you are a returning customer. Great stuff, Biovea!!

My experience with BIOVEA is terrible! It's basically a horrible multi-national corporate monster which does everything as cheap as possible in essence, as long as you provide a good service, but they don't!My order took 9 days after being "Processed" to be delivered, then a further 2 weeks after delivery to arrive!! Do NOT go near this company - pay a bit more and go to a smaller supplier.

Was pleased with the product once I'd received it - 3 weeks after I ordered it. I couldn't understand the delay until I received my package, which was postmarked Arizona!

Found it very difficult to cancel an order. Had to call an 0800 number, then sales rep told me he did not have the authority to cancel and supervisor would call me in 30 mins... I'm still waiting...

Slow delivery. Saw the royal mail logo and suspected it be a day or two given the good old post service, however what they don't tell you is that got to travel thousands of miles first. My order was dispatched on the 10th and nearly a week later no sign of delivery, I've been told realistically it will be towards end of week or next week.. .

Biovea Online Health Products: I had the most disappointing experience with Biovea-France. Pills were sent in a plastic envelope, no sight of the tub which is used for advertising on website. As professionals where do they suggest the pills will be safely stored once the pack is opened?
The second product 'cr me la glucosamine gratuite' was not included in the parcel.
There was no letter of confirmation or explanation included with the parcel.
The parcel was sent from N Hollywood CA and ...

Biovea Online Health Products - Been using BIOVEA for 4 years, nothing to say. No problems or delays. They have many good products that are hard to find. I would recommend emailing them if you have an issue, they always get back to me fast, or you can even call the free phone number.

I ordered 3 products from Biovea Online Health Products at the end of August. I never received the products but the money was immediately drawn from my account. Since then, I received different reasons, like products lost by the post or sorry for the delay, but no products in view.

Biovea Online Health Products - This is the worst online retailer I've ever dealt with. They certainly did not send the items I ordered, and good luck getting a refund. But what can you expect from a "retailer" that doesn't even have a customer service phone number you can dial? Buyer beware on this one -- you'd be better off tossing your money out the window.

Package from Biovea Health Products arrived on time, good customer service, nice web page design, a friendly environment for e-shopping. I think this is a professional e-store, they know how to do their business. Compared with some other e-stores, Biovea does offer very good prices.

The Biovea Health Product website is excellent for shopping for all your beauty essentials, lots of slimming products and vitamins. Very good to browse products and information available. Many discount insentives to tempt you to buy and the great thing is the volume discounts.

I placed an order with Biovea based upon reasonable pricing and an easy to navigate website. However, I was extremely disappointed at the customer service (or lack of it). Their website states that delivery takes between 6-10 working days depending upon stock levels and the speed of the postal service. My order finally arrived after THREE WEEKS AND ONE DAY.
