Clear,fast website. Ordering is easy. Goods well packaged. I buy time release melatonin from this site and I like that I am given a choice of strengths. That is unusual. Delivery is usually pretty fast, and again they give you a choice of delivery methods. “Paying is a nightmare”

I ordered a number of products recently and paid standard postage so I expected the goods to be sent from the UK. There was no indication when I ordered that the goods would be shipped from outside the EU. The package arrived with a customs charge of £12.10. There are many online health stores with credible reviews so avoid BIOVIA. Great marketing and a bogus review follow up. Ordered over £100.00 of vitamins etc on 7th March. Schedule delivery 13th March. Now the 21st March, despite emails and chases, no reply and the site actually says there is no such order as the one they confirmed but the delivery says shipped ? “Great product range, could improve website function”

I've ordered Melatonin from Biovea for around 2 years, along with gradually choosing them for other products that I would have otherwise used a chemist or supermarket for e.g. omega fish oil. They have great variety in their product range and plenty of clearly written information. I also think their prices are competitive. My only complaint is that I find the performance of their website quite poor when trying to place orders via that - it tends to run at a slow speed and freezes periodically… Read Full Review
