I buy maximum strength Mucinex from Biovea as it is the only uk listing I can find for this product. Mucinex contains 100% guaifenesin, which I take for my fibromyalgia, so it's wonderful that I find I can rely on the product arriving within a few days of ordering online! “They don't deliver z-dispatch orders”

I have a z-dispatch order for a medicine which needs to be taken every day and in high doses. I trusted that with z-dispatch order I wouldn't worry about ordering it every month and it would be delivered automatically. However, Biovea does not dispatch the medicine on time. Last time they said it was out of stock. They should have informed their customers who has z-dispatch, but instead they just automatically change the delivery date to the following z-dispatch date. Thank you for your comment. Biovea is an international company with warehouses in India, Europe and USA. Orders are being shipped from which ever warehouse the product is available. The availability of our products is marked on the website. If an item is out of stock you have the option to pre-order it (also via easy dispatch). Pre-orders allow consumers to guarantee immediate shipment on release provided that payment from customer has been received. I don't think you understood my comment. Z-dispatch order is an automated order that your system supposed to ship automatically when the date comes.... So I don't see if the product is available or not etc. I order the item only for once and z-dispatch send it again and again until I stop it...

However your z-dispatch system does not warn the customers if the item is out of stock, it just automatically delays the order to the next order date, which could be 30 days or 45 days later.

This is very dangerous to health if you have medicines that needs to be taken every single day and dose cannot be changed.

I use biovea to buy melatonin that my autistic daughter needs for a good nights sleep. She is prescribed it by her doctor but they do not supply melatonin in liquid form which my daughter needs. Biovea do and this is fantastic! It's not over priced, they deliver with in a few day and in the 2 years I have been buying from them I've not had one issue. -They lied about items being in stock. -They lied twice over the phone about dispatchment -both times I was told my medication will be dispatched that same day or the next morning. It NEVER DID FOR THE NEXT FIVE DAYS... If at least they would have been honest to me, I could have order it again elsewhere sooner. you know what is worst? Biovea customer service has no reply to my request at all. NO EMAIL OR PHOHE REPLY. i will advise to many others better think twice before you order anything from Biovea in the future.
