I have ordered the tablets but the goods sent out from India to Bangkok by EMS. However, the EMS despatch guy never bother to ring before delivery. Until now, almost 2 months, the goods yet to be received, also the customer service never bothered to reply my email in regards to this order, whereabout the goods etc.... I don't normally write reviews unless I'm overjoyed with a product but in this instance I have to say I'm astonished at the terrible service. Meant to dispatch within 24 hours. No order confirmation received and finally get an email 6 days later saying its been dispatched and give me a UPS tracking number which on entering on the UPS website, UPS does not recognize. I ordered one of the product on the 10th of December as a Christmas present for family. Got an email on the 31th saying the product has been dispatched. Still no sign of it now, just called customer service ask for the manger for compensation. The guy politely hang up the phone straight way. “Wait & wait a bit longer! Poor servuce!”

Ordered just two items on the 7th December, despatched on the 18th December.........now the 23rd & still waiting. Sorry, not a good service, dont want excuses just the items that i ordered. Still having problems contacting them. I've had no problems from other companies that I have ordered from on-line, delivered within 5 days & not over 2 weeks. If there is delay for what ever reason they should inform you by e-mail likre other companies do, wont be using them again!… Read Full Review

Five stars because it's so hard to find the Tissue Salts in this form anywhere else. However, super selection of good quality products - the Hylands Tissue Salts in particular are great and reasonably priced with extra discount on multiple orders. The delivery time is always pretty quick, around 4 days from Germany to the UK and they have never let me down.
