    I ordered from BIOVEA for the first time five weeks ago. I am still waiting for my order. they were paid up front as with all on-line shopping these days, but have not delivered the goods. First they said the manufacturer was out of stock, then they blamed it on the "postal strike" : I still don't know if I will ever see my itmes. I wish I had researched the Company first ! I will never order from them again - be warned customers future ..

    I have used Biovea a number of times, shipping to Europe. It normally arrives in the sort of timescale you would imagine - sometimes a little later - but I guess that is the postal service, as you get a mail when they send the order out. The shipping may be a little slow, but is significantly cheaper than other websites that ship from the US.

    One time the order didn't arrive, and I contacted them - they sent out a repeat order. You can't really complain about that.

    Only small gripe I have is ...

    In my opinion, the type of delivery of Biovea is completely pre-historic. Clients might absolutely have the opportunity to choose (and to pay) among at least 2 options: one as it exists actually and another, more expensive, in order to receive products within 2 or 3 days (DHL ? UPS ? other ? )

    Ordered a product from Biovea and can say they are reasonably priced compared to competitors. Although stated as registered in London, I believe a majority of the stock they hold are not actually dispatched from the UK.

    Communication via email was actually rather switch and they have a nifty checking system online, to see if your order was dispatched or processed.

    Only down fall with this company is that they use a very cheap parcel system to send out the products. One major concern is that ...

    I ordered 2 items from Biovea to Slovenia. They came in about a week. Ok, a dropper in one package was broken, but this isn't really their fault in my opinion.

    I ordered 2 items, one of which turned up with a note to say the other would follow separately. One month later, no item, no email to explain, nothing. I contacted them and they said that it was dispatched 2 weeks ago... I say rubbish because I had no confirmation email and no product. I asked them to supply an additional item free of charge for my inconvenience and they refused. Actually, they just kept ignoring this request every time they sent me an email... didn't even acknowledge it, h ...

    Been waiting for over a week for my order from Biovea. They were recommended by a friend and i ordered different products.
    Quite disappointed at the moment but willing to give it a couple more days

    I'm very pleased with Biovea's products and excellent service. When a recent order when astray in the post they replaced it without any problem. I would recommend this company.

    I feel that Biovea have an unreliable delivery service. Received response from Customer service, but no correction!

    Received only 2 out of 3 products. Weeks and weeks with repeated mails to customer service but no product received yet!

    Very good and quick service, even to Slovenia in less than one week.But on the web site I miss something like 'about us' or company profile and more informations about origin of products.

    Biovea.net UK is top! I received my package within a week (I live in the Netherlands). A few days later I've got an email from Biovea that they've received a double payment and if I would like a refund. I didn't even know that!

    I have been ordering from Biovea.co.uk for a couple of years now and need to say that they have to be the best online ordering service there is. I have not had ANY problems and have made over 15 orders by now. Products are of high quality and the prices are very competitive. They also do not charge any postage even to Slovenia and give an additional 5% discount on all orders if you are a returning customer. Great stuff, Biovea!!

    My experience with BIOVEA is terrible! It's basically a horrible multi-national corporate monster which does everything as cheap as possible in essence, as long as you provide a good service, but they don't!My order took 9 days after being "Processed" to be delivered, then a further 2 weeks after delivery to arrive!! Do NOT go near this company - pay a bit more and go to a smaller supplier.

    Was pleased with the product once I'd received it - 3 weeks after I ordered it. I couldn't understand the delay until I received my package, which was postmarked Arizona!

    Found it very difficult to cancel an order. Had to call an 0800 number, then sales rep told me he did not have the authority to cancel and supervisor would call me in 30 mins... I'm still waiting...

    Slow delivery. Saw the royal mail logo and suspected it be a day or two given the good old post service, however what they don't tell you is that got to travel thousands of miles first. My order was dispatched on the 10th and nearly a week later no sign of delivery, I've been told realistically it will be towards end of week or next week.. .

    I am very pleased with the experience I had with the Biovea online shop. The web site was easy to use, and I found all the products I wanted. Delivery was on time. I will shop there again!

    Biovea are one of the best health and beauty mail order companies I have ever used, and I have nothing negative to say about them at all.
