    Good Points: Nice people, always the correct number in my opinion


    Bad Points: none


    General comments: Overall 118 888 is the best 118 directories around! It was still easier when it was just 192!

    I used these guys twice as I thought they were cheaper than 118118 but got charged £1.70 each time!

    118888 staff are both friendly and helpful and actually sound like they enjoy their jobs!
    They have always given me the right number first time and I don't use anyone else now.
    Not the cheapest, but definitely the best value for money.
