I cannot fault Empire stores (now known as K and Co) They have a very friendly customer service, the promptest delivery possible, and high quality products. Their range has expanded alot since they changed to K and Co, which is interesting. I have been with them for six years and I've only ever had one problem, fairly recently, which was easily sorted out. I would certainly recommend them. (read more)

I have been an agent for 20 years, KANDCO took over and it rapidly went downhill. After sales relies on manufactures guarantee (they are not interested). Telephone system is now one long queue avoid too big. (read more)

I have been with Empire as an agent for 10 years. Their range of goods are fantastic. The delivery is quick and they have a free returns service. There are no quibbles if you want to send anything back. Their order line is also free. Rates of commission are good the quality of their goods is brilliant. (read more)
