I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 over 2 weeks and I rang K &Co about it as it is faulty. They tell me to ring up Samsung. I told them the app is not working. The remote control did not work. I rang up K &Co to change the tablet, but they will not change it. What can I do next?

Under both the Sales of Goods Act and the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if the item isn't fit for purpose, or if it doesn't do what its supposed to do then you are entitled to either a refund or a replacement. Read the sale of goods act on the Which? website. Another option is to contact Samsung and request a repair under your warranty
