I've been a customer for 21 years and never had an issue that wasn't resolved. I've read a few of the other reviews and think that we live in a climate of complaints where a phone call can solve issues, people still want blood. Get a grip customers.

I think it's very patronizing to suggest that all issues with Kays can be resolved with a phone call. Many of us have tried that route exhaustively, only to later discover that Kays have still managed to get things catastrophically wrong.
In my experience, the bottom line with Kays is that problems rarely get resolved, because the staff just aren't interested.
