Purchased the navy bean bag with white stars for my son's new bedroom, the navy dye transferred onto his brand new Laura Ashley white bed, so it is now ruined, also transferred onto the skirting. GLTC offered a refund for the product but were not interested in the damage it had caused. I purchased a number of items from GLTC and was very happy with delivery of products and the apparent quality of products. However, one of the products that I purchased was the large eden playtable. It looked lovely when assembled (took a handyman about 2hours to put together) and the kids were very happy with it. Utterly terrible service. I agree with the majority of comments on here, please keep clear of this company! Yes the goods look nice but the service is appalling, my order never arrived three days running, ended up giving up and getting a full refund. I wish I had used amazon from the start. I bought a tricycle from GLTC in February and the parent handle broke after a couple of uses. I really couldn't be bothered complaining at the time and just left it however a screw came loose and went missing whilst my child was using it. I phoned them on Sunday morning and they had delivered a new one by Tuesday morning, they have told me to dismantle the old one in my own time and let them know and they'll collect it. BOUGHT THE SAND PIT PIRATE SHIP, THE WOOD EASILY BROKE WHEN PUTTING TOGETHER AND IS WARPED, EVEN PIECES THAT ARE MEANT TO BE FUSED TOGETHER HAVE FALLEN APART. CONTACTED THEIR NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICES AND I HAVE TO PROVE THE DEFECT BEFORE THEY WILL TAKE ACTION. Whilst I am pleased with the quality of the items that I've received i'm not happy with the appalling distribution system this companys appears to have. I have been waiting for a month now for my complete order to appear and I am. quite frankly, tired of chasing them. Singluar worst retail experience in my 8 years of living in the UK. Order placed in May, not completely fulfilled until December - when they sent two of the missing part by mistake. Had to call 6 or 7 times to get the payment processed - something went wrong on their end each time and I was told a manager would call me back... I wish we had followed our gut with GLTC...I had my reservations about Great Little Trading Co from the beginning. Their website wouldn't let us purchase at the sale price. Customer service wouldn't help, didn't seem to care. Sent us the wrong mattresses for our bunk beds. Won't call us back when they promise to. I could not agree more with the terrible reviews of GLTC - just wish I had looked on this site before I ordered from them!
I spent £425 on the Anchorage bunk beds and they only delivered one of the underbed storage drawers. This was in April. I have called them so many times and all they can say is they don't know when they will deliver they other one. I am so angry about having paid for a product that I now seem unlikely to ever receive.

I have had a very bad experience with customer services this week.
I placed an order on Tuesday for some drawers for toy storage. When I ordered, I wanted a mixture of colours of drawers, but particularly wanted the green spot drawer. Oh dear, having read the reviews below I feel my disappointing experience of their customer service is sadly typical. I have a list of 9 different names of their customer service staff who have all let me down and infuriated me by either lying about the status of my order or not calling back when promising to. I ordered a Goldilocks sofa and beanbag over 5 weeks ago, pretty simple you'd think. I have set up my reviewcentre account purely on the basis of my experiences with this atrocious company. Do yourself a favour and do not use. We ordered my son's first ever bed (and bedside cabinet) from them before the New Year, causing him much excitement.
