    Absolutely useless customer service, my order of 3-5 days has now taken around 5 weeks, and I've been told so many ridiculous stories about who's to blame, where my parcels are etc, etc. I now own two table and chairs but none of the storage which goes with them, which is pretty useless (or at least not what I ordered), and trying to speak to a manager is impossible. You'd think they have something to be ashamed of!!!! How I wish I'd seen this site before my order was placed!

    Bad experience with this company, partly their couriers fault as well as theirs.
    Gift never arrived. Courier never left a card when they tried to deliver first time. GLT said they'd rearrange delivery, but they didn't. So I asked for refund. Refund never happened so had to phone to remind them. Eventually got a refund 3 weeks later but no refund for postage. Still chasing them about this.

    I ordered a gallery bookshelf. 14 days later I rang them to ask what was happening as their website promises 3 to 5 days. The Great Little Trading Company told me my order had been cancelled by them and could not offer any reason!

    GLTC are the worst mail order company I've ever had the misfortune to shop with. Never again. Truly dreadful customer service. If the product arrives, all is well. But if something is missing or damaged you are expected to repackage it so that it is in resaleable condition then send it back to GLTC by registered post AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE.     I have to agree, the communication from 'The Great Little Trading Company' is awful. The product arrived half battered, and stitching amiss, i sent it back, (got quick replacement) but was the wrong colour! Keep asking for some kind of compensation, but no one ever phones me back.... very disappointed because i do like the products.

    The Great Little Trading Company - After 2 months am still waiting for part of my order. No one phones back and seem indifferent about the fact that I am still awaiting for the last bits of an order over worth 1000 pounds !I keep being told different delivery dates - though I have to phoned them to get that info. They have no clue when things are really due and it is not clear how they manage the back log of orders. I would have ordered the entire suite from someone else.

    i wasn't sure what i wanted to buy, i had a vague idea but nothing concrete. when i spoke to the lady there, she took me through the different products in my price range and told me everything i needed to know. She was fantastic. She advised me of stock for each item and how long delivery would take. I ended up spending more than i planned to but I think it was worth it.

    I once bought an item from these The Great Little Trading Company and since then I have been getting lots of junk mail in my opinion. I've written to them countless times but they as far as I am aware I have not yet received a reply about removing me from the mailing list. Therefore I do not recommend this parenting catalogue.

    I would use this catalogue as a starting point for ideas but will never buy items again from here. Nice catalogue and friendly staff, but I found also frustrated staff with low morale.

    My Great Aunt bought a Doll's House to take in her hand luggage to New Zealand for her Grand-daughter's Birthday.
    However, the cost of postage was reasonable so she decided to post instead and paid via credit card. A month down the line, birthday been and gone, no sign of doll's house so she emailed GLTC who emailed her back to say it would be arriving in the next 10 days. 25 days later still no sign of promised doll's house.

    I ordered a £350 bed from The Great Little Trading Company in February, for it to arrive 12 weeks later (not the 6 as promised), dented and by no means up to the standard we expected. They are presently refusing to give any refund (which we have asked for, as we are completely dissatisfied with their service). Whenever we ask to speak to a manager or supervisor, they are always busy in meetings or they are out of the office for the day. This is now a daily exercise since delivery 1 week ...

    I waited in all day yesterday for a bed to be delivered (two months after order), only to have them call me at 15:30 to say it was going to be delivered next week. No apology. I rang The Great Little Trading Company customer service, and they had no knowledge, and nobody has yet called back, despite them promising to do so last night.

    When logging on, I accidentally typed one letter only in the email address, and suddenly I was in someone else's account!! I could see their order, address and phone number. I didn't go further and check whether I could see any credit card details, but it wouldn't have surprised me. I then tried to put in the order again, and it added it to the other persons!!     It's now 20th Jan and am still waiting for calendars ordered well before Xmas. Despite several phone calls to The Great Little Trading Company customer services and promises that they will be hurried though still nothing. They don't call back, they offer no discount for problems and seem totally indifferent to any problems you may have.
